They're doing such a great job, I love Marks quirky and unique voice, I don't understand why Jason doesn't sing more, because he's doing such a great job, Howard how is it possible not to love him, and we all know how amazing Gary is. Together they make 'perfect'

This is one of my favorite Take That songs because it beautifully showcases the amazing voice of each member! A lot of people say that Howard and Jason can't sing because they rarely have solo parts. What these people don't realize is that it's actually harder to learn how to harmonize than to sing on your own. It's a special musical skill. All of these boys are talented and this song proves that!
@LAYENSTANLEY4 жыл бұрын
True. But it's also because nigel never nurtured them and give them confidence to do solo parts. They were so young just when they started and it's so easy to destroy their confidence it happened with robbie it happened with jason. I understand Jason's anger and why he wants to stay away from all of this and it's too bad for us since he sang such meaningful songs. Plus you don't need to have a big vocals but for sure you need to have feel so the person who hear you singing will believe every word you sing and jason had it a lot. A feel no one can't teach you that no matter how awesome your skills are.

And the fishermen came back across the water And the people started running in the park And the city stopped, as I held you in my arms We could hear the sound of sirens all around us And the scent of burning oil was in the air And the music played And it felt so good to hear This is the life we've been given So open your mind and start living We can play a part if we only start believing There's a stranger on the hill and he is speaking As the tear from every cloud begin to fall For one moment then, we understood it all Everyone, everyone, can you hear the soldiers coming Everyone, everyone, every man and every women We all fall, in the end we're just miracles of matter So come on, let me love you This is the life we've been given So open your mind and start living We can play a part if we only start believing This is the life we've been given So open your heart and start loving We can make a start if we only learn to listen Then the crowd began to head for the horizon A million people walking back to work But you and me, we just lay down in the garden Yeah you and me, we just lay down in the garden This is the life we've been given So open your heart and start loving We can make a start if we only learn to listen You and me, we just lay down in the garden Yeah, the garden

Beautiful song, very impressive vocals from all, very talented, never got the recognition in the states that they should have got back in the day or since they reformed in 06.

Here in the States, a big thank you to James Corden and his KZfaq channel Carpool Karaoke, etc. He introduced me to Gary Barlow's music. I now know who Gary Barlow is and his incredible talent! The Abbey Road sessions are now my favorite. Thank you for posting these! All the other video's of Gary/Take That with the over-powering screaming females get very tiresome and detracts from the beauty, the message of his music
