That's my boy Jimmy Duffy on "Erug" our Cat D8-2U and Cat 435-F towed scraper. And me on "Big Red" our International Harvester TD-24-241. Boxing out the new roadway with the help of many others! Thanks for the video. Chum..

Thank You. I'm glad people enjoy this video. It was fun putting it together. The road was built over the course of several days, so I kept going back to get more footage, and tried to show the progress as it went along.

I like the push blocks on the back of the TC-12, in case it doesn't have enough power. Looks like a great show, too bad we don't go to NY any more. Really nice camera work!

I learned pulling cable scrapers, you brake a cable on a hot humid mid 90's day and a very upset mechanic has to come out and help you fish a new cable. You learn early on to be very gentle lifting those full pans. I retired from local 234 in Desmoines Iowa with thirty years vested the last 20 of those thirty years were running escavators.

That's just a baby. Looks like an S12 or 14. Go look at a TS24 sometime. S32s had a 12-71 in the front.
