I wish you lot’s of succes with your brand and think it’s a good name for a brand but if i can give you my honest opinion i wouldn’t go for a small letter at the front because it’s something that issen’t really aesthetic ( Offcourse i don’t know if this was going to be the case in the actual logo) but would definitely try to distuingish the P from reach on a different way, too bad (P) is allready taken by phat farm but you could maybe use some kind of P that looks like a 2 or something since the objective is 2 Reach.

Dapper Dan himself is not a rapper, but he design clothing for the dope early rappers. Echo design clothing for rappers, 50 Cent wore designs by eco brand and G Unit wear came from eco brand. Karl Kani is not a rapper but he designed for the streets.
