If you look at the Pistons closely this motor's been rebuilt before. So there's motor does not have 370,000 miles on it.

that oil pump was not stock ! & oil pan gasket was to nice

I have the same truck i want to put a cam in it lol mine has 208k miles on it

Yeah, we thought about doing the same, but the machine shop told us our cam was still good, so we just decided to save some money.
