I am NOT kidding when I tell you this course changed my life! Seriously! There is a reason that Cara has almost 2 MILLION followers on Instagram. Today, I am sharing my experience with the 5-24 month class. I had major reservations about doing a sleep training class, but I can honestly say this was worth every penny.

Thank you so much for sharing this and keeping the video up. I know sleep training is controversial. I’ve co-slept with my daughter for many months and she’s 13 months now but I can’t keep doing it. I’m so tired each day but have been on the fence so long to try to sleep train. Just thank you for being vulnerable by sharing your review. ❤

My daughter is 10 months and she cried for 50 minutes before I cracked last night and I’m afraid to start again

Did you ever try again? How is your toddler now that time has passed?

It is for sure harder for the parents I think. However, I am so happy we did this and it literally changed our life for the better. You have to be willing to commit or it won't work. He is still a wonderful sleeper!

I’m here with my 4 1/2 month old 😭 I NEED more sleep working full time and caring for her full time. Did you have to transition straight to the crib for this? She is still in her bassinet and im ready to move her but idk if she is

We had him in the crib right away because we can see it from our bedroom. I think having them in their own room (when you are ready) makes a huge difference because you are not being woken up by every little grunt or noise.

Yes! He had just passed the 5 month mark when we started. He is 11 months now and a fantastic sleeper!

@@beautyandthemigrainebeast6287 that's awesome! We are going to start this tomorrow night. I have so much anxiety over it and am scared but cannot sustain what we are going through now. Can I ask - in those first few nights, how long or how many pop-ins did it take for Clay to fall asleep at bedtime?

@@andrealmrivera I totally understand! It is hard, but it was very worth it in the end. AND now that he is such a great sleeper, when he's not sleeping or having a hard time I know he doesn't feel well. The first night was hard and it took I think an hour to get him to sleep following the plan. He got the hang of it pretty fast and he did really well. Now he loves his crib and literally pushes off me to get in when it is bedtime!

I'm struggling big time with sleep. I'm also the only one that can rock our baby to sleep. I'm exhausted, upset, and not enjoying life.

I was right there too.... My baby really only wanted me and it was so so hard. I really had a hard time with taking the plunge to do this, but it has really been life changing.

did you do this modified Ferber method for naps too?

Once he had night time down, then I focused on doing the same thing for naps. It was a very smooth transition for him and he got the hang of it right away.
