Nowadays, a lot of schools have it as junior/senior prom and juniors go as well. You're such a good mom. You should be so proud of yourself.

It depends on your school perhaps. My high school had Junior and Senior Proms. That purple sparkly one looked really cute on her. Especially color-wise! The lavender one looked cute too. She looks great in purples lol

i think it depends on your school size? my high school had like 4000 kids so yeah you were only going if you were a senior or invited by one (and could afford the like $120 ticket )

Exactly since 4 ever schools on the east coast & down south have had jr proms,heck some have 9th-12th prom 😅just like every state has different rules so do high schools

I went to both my junior and senior proms. But my first high school had what they called tolo that was a formal dance for all grades that was held in the beginning of the year before homecoming.

Yeah so for anyone who didn’t know, you can go to prom in junior year and senior year. The only exception is if your invited by a junior or a senior to be like there plus 1 so yeah

I’m in East Texas, 45 now and we have always had junior/senior proms as long as I can remember. Wish it were only seniors. I have a girl too and we went through all this constantly. And I agree with you on waiting for the big getting her makeup pro done shud wait for her senior year. You and your daughter are just gorgeous!! I love how close you two are!!

Haha in my school juniors also go to prom but I know most schools don’t do that. I actually got my dress from Macy’s it’s a pink strapless dress with flowers at the bottom, currently getting it altered!

the lavender one was very pretty and i actually like the unusual shimmery one with the pattern but i tend to like things that are different , i loved the style of the mustard one but i wish it was in a different color like the lavender one -she rocks the lavender and turquoise minty looking ones buts he makes them all look good

I was stressed out too looking for something for my son. A lot of the dresses looks good on her, but make sure you choose comfortable and not too long so it's easy to dance in

My daugther went to two I took her and my step daugther to every store in Sacramento I ended going up to where bridal shop looked at dresses to wear as a guest found to gorgeous ones for Jr and Senior prom.this was in 70s no one had dress like theirs.yes they were invited.lavender was pretty on her.

I k ow she went already and looked beautiful, but the only dress I liked out of the bunch was the light purple. Also for juniors going to the prom, alot if juniors date seniors and sometimes it might just not be someone they want to ask in their senior class.

Every school I knew, prom was for juniors and seniors. Some larger schools have a junior and senior prom separate from each other but most schools I knew, it was just one prom.

All the high schools in my area juniors and seniors go to prom. They call it junior/senior prom. Now most juniors I knew didn't go unless they get asked, as they want to save up for senior year to make it more special.

Two of my kids went to an arts high school so 9-12th went to all the dances, including prom. My youngest went to a different high school and she went 9th grade, she was asked and her Senior year. Back in the olden days, 😂, it was Juniors and Seniors at my school.

I went through the same thing with our twins and 3 other daughters! We had to get our twin’s dresses altered , we were not allowing them to have splits showing tooo much. We try our best to keep it classy not trashy. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Proverbs 7:10, Proverbs 31:30 They only attended their junior year home, and their senior year homecoming and Prom ! Thank God for SALES!

Queen Your baby absolutely gorgeous 🤗 I totally understand lol My daughter will be 30 next month when she was in high school I kid you not from her freshman year to her senior year she was asked to prom but we didn't allow her to attend until she became a senior and I know it's much different nowadays all I got to say is Queen I THANK GOD I DON'T HAVE TO RAISE A TEENAGER AT THIS TIME AND AGE 🤭🙏🏾🤗🥰
