Nice thought Usha, people don't even know about their duties and their responsibilities, how to do their job perfectly and all that.They just follow their seniors and which is most of the time wrong. They don't care about the others. Just doing it routinely, vaguely without thinking, what will happen to others if they are doing it carelessly. Cleanliness, tidiness while doing their jobs is a must for everyone.
