To Emma regarding her sicknesses, I feel you girl! I am sick constantly and it feels like I have the immune system of a child lol. One thing that I think contributes to it is how clean I am and I feel as though it makes me more susceptible to getting sick when others around me don't. I have ocd and wash my hands so much and I try to stay away from germs. the thing is, then when I am around someone that's sick in like an airport or a mall or something, I am almost guaranteed to catch it EVERY TIME. If you feel a sore throat coming on, TAKE ECHINACEA!!!! it works every time I swap by it

Emma, I recommend getting the Ocean Spray Immunity cranberry blueberry açaí juices!! I drink them a ton and I usually always get sick but haven’t since I started drinking those!! The little bottles in the pack are the best. I swear by them! I hope you feel better soon!! 🩷🩷

Emma I’m going through the same thing right now I feel like I can’t get over being sick but I also live in Michigan and the temperatures change so much and with my immune system there’s almost no way I won’t get sick!

Emma, me and my grandbabies get sick constantly too. I think it's because we're not around a lot of germs, so when we are, we always get sick. Hope you feel better, especially for Christmas. Yes, I'm excited about a wrapping video. I would love to see it in real time. Hopefully it will motivate me to get all my presents wrapped too.

I’m immunocompromised and I take Zinc and multi vitamin everyday and it’s helped so much with being sick all the time! They’re both over the counter and just generally help your immune system ❤️ feel better soon emma

I’m still finishing up Christmas Shopping for my fam. But if not, then it’s done. All I have left is to wrap gifts. I wasn’t sick but I did had a high heart rate yesterday. But today my heart is normal.

emma the temp change can definitely do that. I went to California and back to Mass in the winter and got sick after. Maybe try taking Multivitamins and immunity vitamins every day? I know Olly brand makes some good chewable ones.

Has Emma talked to your family doctor about getting sick all the time? I'd recommend asking for a full blood panel to see if she has any deficiencies or anything noticeably wrong. She really shouldn't be getting sick this often. I'm immune compromised, chronically ill and have a heart condition and get sick maybe once or twice a year. You guys should really look into what's causing this. Nobody wants to be sick all the time and I feel bad for Emma poor girls sick more than she's not 😅

I'm just like Emma I get sick all the time and my allergies are bad I sneeze everyday and get a runny nose I have some health problems I think that's what's causing it

Emma yes it's normal ..I've had 13 surgeries in last 4 years I had a million gallstones in my gallbladder a yr later hernia n more n now after the car accident my kidneys are failing but I'm very happily engaged n live on Mom's land it's so great feel better soon❤

I just got back from staying in Gatlinburg for the weekend yesterday and I’ve had a sore throat and stuffy nose for 2 days. I’m assuming it’s just a cold from being in cold temperatures

Go to ent and immunologist. Could be weakened immune system and or chronic sinusitis. Illinois weather here sucks and I have been down off and on(more on) since august. Mono is also going around bad this year. That will also stay with you symptom wise for awhile.
