My dad used to plow all night long in the Illinois River bottoms. That sticky black gumbo. He worked for a place by the name of Hartwell Farms in Hillview . He died in 1990 . I was hoping to go to Rantoul, but doesn't look like it will happen. Safe travels to you and your family.

Thanks for sharing and I remember the hard work on the old John Deere's back then.Great thing is you can work on them and get them back up in running quicker then some of the new ones.
