Nice to see Mrs. Right on your commute. Been noticing for some time that your area of residence is beautiful and great biking area as well. During the grocery store stop I noticed the paint finish and colors on both Euphree bikes. Wow they look top notch. As always watching and listening with interest. Cheers

If in the "torque mode", you can adjust assistance by just increasing the PAS level. Torque sensing is more efficient, voltage -wise. Plus, on that bike, it's not truly a torque sensor. It's a cadence sensor, but it has an adjustment that just basically keeps giving you power, instead of reducing voltage, as you reach a certain speed. For instance, in cadence mode, the voltage drops as you get closer to the PAS level maximum set volts. On torque mode, the voltage don't drop, as you reach to speed level for what ever PAS level.

I couldn't pay my wife money to get on a bike so kudos to you! Those are nice looking bikes. Regarding theft I purchased insurance through my progressive insurance company I think for $4,000 worth of bike plus accessories and liabilities I think it's $270 a year.

I had separate ebike insurance too, but a couple of months ago I just added the two bikes onto my State Farm policy, it made things slightly easier.

The other issue I have, is with the height of the bike. I'm 6ft tall with 32 inch inseam. When I raise the seat to a good pedaling position, I'm on my tippy-toes. It makes me feel insecure when I stop( not if but when am I gonna fall over ). I am already handicapped (titanium left femur and foot). What makes this bike sit higher off the ground is due to the 27.5 inch tall tires/wheels. I am going to try a dropper seat post to combat this problem. Any other ideas?

@@danielphillips1030 Both have pros and cons. The pros for the Stellar Falcon is the ability to ride at 28 mph for throttle and pedaling and to change from Torque Sensor riding to Cadence Sensor riding back and forth. The cons is that the motor and tires are a little louder. The pros of the Radster Road is that it is super quiet and smooth. But, it can't do 28 mph on the throttle and is only torque sensor based and can't do cadence sensor if you wanted to switch. Overall, I'd probably go with a Stellar Falcon. I can live with the louder motor, but I know some people can't.

I love riding my bike to our local grocery store. I have panniers and a truck bag and my husband has a front and rear rack and its amazing how much we can carry!

What do you think about the noise that the motor makes? I have the stellar falcon and Its leaving me with some questions. When in torque mode, eco pas it seems to apply the on and off( its not as smooth as other Ebikes). I have tried all of the options(slow, medium, fast) and the timing. I cant seem to find the best option for a smooth engagement of the power. Any ideas?

The Bafang motors seem to all have more sound than other brands of motors it seems.

Does the new Euphree Stellar Falcon have a charge port for your phone? Is there a walk mode?

Yes, there is a USB-C port below the display screen and there is a walk mode by holding down the down button of the pedal assist. But I have to say, no walk mode on any bike is slow enough for me. They all seem to go way to fast for me to walk and keep up!
