This girl is clearly NOT anorexic. She has the body of a gymnast which is what hardcore cheerleaders look a lot like as well. Most cheerleaders actually weigh 115-130 lbs and are pure muscle. Not only does this girl have skill, but thank the luck stars for her base because he is absolutely amazing and is more than half the reason she can pull off these incredible stunts. Great job, guys!

well make sure u always point ur toes and dont lock up that could ruin everything ive been a cheerleader and a gymnast for 6 years so ya and make sure u have a great base and always keep ur back straight u wanna have gud posture and its gud to stay in shape

the people that say cheerleading is not a sport have obviously never attempted before. It's not an easy thing to do. Stunting takes a lot of strength, concentration, flexibility, etc.

I've flown, been a base and a backspot. Honestly, being a backspot is the hardest if you're doing it correctly and holding all of the weight off of you're bases and controlling where your flier is going. Not saying any position is completely easy. Cheerleading is a sport, and it makes you tough. Any fellow cheerleader would agree, it's more than just wearing a skirt. (;
