I agree with you. I felt the same way.His voice has diffinetly got the country twang in it. Accent because of what part of the country he grew up in. I wish he could win american idol. If not come in second place. Noah does have what it takes.

I loved it when he said his friend said he was entering him and he said, "no you're NOOOO OOOOT." Katy Perry about lost it. Lol.... some of those eastern ky accents are thick. I lost mine when moved away but it still comes out.ine was nowhere as thick....

Noah is raw and real and don't even know the natural God given talent he has. Humbleness is what makes great music and lyrics too. Johnny Cash is one of my favorites among many. Having a unique voice that you know from the first note and lyric sung- who it is and Noah has this gift. Thank God his friend knew it and encouraged him and now he is in top 10! Noah's got this! Best wishes and don't let them change you ~ just keep bring real :-D Love his voice!!!

My gosh what a story !!! It totally touched all our hearts, this is exactly what this show is all about the “AMERICAN IDOL”, with a AMERICAN DREAM !!! Noah’s story couldn’t be any better, too good too be true !!! Seriously this story could be made into a movie, because everyone is now routing for him. And my god his best friend, what a friend is that !! He just wanted the best for him, plus Arthur wanted the world to see & hear what he does every day, the GOD GIVEN talent he has. Mind you I'm from the midwest, but this has to be the highlight of the season watchin' them all cuttin' up. They all were having so much fun. I must have watched Noah's songs at least 5 times each now, and I've learned if you search them out there are more on the out there.
