This talk, Shree Mataji Talks about the Hamsa chakra, how this chakra gets imbalances due to left and right side movement. Shree Mataji also talks about hot and cold. we should not take water immediately after eating the fruit or eating some oily food. 1st we should take some carbohydrates like 'chanas' and we can drink water on it. Also, Shree Mataji talks about heels. we should use very low heels shoes. To clear eyes, we should use 'Netranjan'. Also do Jalneti (take water through the nose 3 times, closed your ears and remove that water from the nose).
Shree Mataji used one word 'garma garam' which means Hot Food.
