The video is from 2015 so think something about finding a more new video, it was almost the first i find search for the topic and lets try i think - I'm glad I did not just move on , is a nice and really great presentation and helps me a lot ! Honestly，I agree with all the parts by "RedYellowGreen" color coding. We use color to encode data because it can make readers get the info fast and accurately. As far as I know, there are a lot of places where these colors are used widely, as in traffic light, stock market, etc. So I do think using these three colors is likely to be the most effective choice in lots of scenarios. On the other hand, we can still use other types of mark attribute, like label, shape, orientation etc, to help color-blind people get the info.
