Hey guys, so this video is all about ways to cope and combat feeling low whether you get the occasional flat feeling or have regular anxiety / depression / any other similar mental health issues. Like I said at the start, I AM NOT qualified in any way to medically help anyone, this is simply me sharing some tips and love and positivity to those who need it as I have been through similar things and know people who have also. I like doing these chatty videos and I like talking about topics such as mental health as I feel we really need to discuss it more - it's so important!
