£15 million plus a couple of players like Pedro and a good midfielder would do me, they are one of the best clubs in the whole of the America’s for producing world class players so it’s worth giving it a go.

Pedro is one of our most important players, maybe involving Fabrício Bruno in the negotiation and good money would be fair

Paqueta is pivotal to the Brazilian national side and with reports that someone in their government who’s also linked to the club, they are obviously trying to get him back home, whether or not they have the money, I could see ourselves simply trying to recover costs and if this is with players we are interested in, I don’t see that as a problem.

Take 50mil if we can and cut ties. His form dropped massively last season so wouldn’t feel like a massive miss. Then if he’s found guilty, take him to court to recoup what money we can

Can only see this as being part of a multiple swap deal as I can't see Flamenco funding it. Even if it will be at a reduced fee.

They have players we may want. Take them instead of too much cash. If we take it all in cash and he does get banned then ain’t gonna pay!! I’d cut our losses tbh.

flamengo would not be able to offer even 40 million ? the reports in brazil are saying £25-30 million fee at most

Flamengo's annual budget is €200m

@@TretaDaLibertadores Although Flamengo makes more than €200 million in profit, there is a budget just for signing players, I don't believe Flamengo would spend more than €25 million on a player.

@CowboyVelho I agree, I think the limit would be around €30m + some player, but West Ham also has to understand Flamengo's situation and be fair in negotiations, they can't ask for €60-80m knowing that Flamengo is unable to pay, perhaps 20m more Fabrício Bruno or Pedro...

@@CowboyVelho Or Flamengo could request help from its sponsors to help pay something close €60m, but it is risky for a player who could be banned unfortunately
