I read Tamara's book shortly after I was diagnosed with CRPS 6 months ago, and I've been watching Dan's daily videos for about 3 months. I was housebound this spring, and now I'm back to going for regular 40 minute walks 😊 So grateful for everything you've both shared with us!

Had CRPS for 4 and a half years. Bed bound, had a wheelchair. No life. Live in UK, exhausted ever doctor in the UK. Went Spero clinic. Then another place this year which made me worse in America. Treatments would shut my body down and give me more symptoms. Found out about Dan 3 months ago and listen to him on KZfaq and I’m living life again. Dan doesn’t even know that he’s given me my life back again. Thank you sooooo much!!!

Thanks Dan. Still got a few symptoms I’m working on. Not ready just yet to do a story. If my last symptom doesn’t go away then, even tho I didn’t have it last night- so I know I can do it. I’m going to see if I can join your group in January. I hope you have space. Your videos are helping me. I just had my first holiday with my family since nearly 5 years. I jumped off a boat, swam in the sea, I danced, I walked for hours. I tell myself self no fear, whatever I have is Perceived Danger Symptoms, That’s what Dan would say!!!!!Couldn’t do this 3 months ago. Dan - your ears must burn all the time, coz I’m always talking about you. 😂 I have a plan- listen to you everyday January join your group - a little extra help Then when ready I would be happy to do a video with you. As your videos are helping me get rid of symptoms. It seems to be the last stepping stone for me to having a full life again. Thanks, Kate

There is always space. New people come in, others leave. Sounds ike you are doing amazing with your holiday and getting back to life. Try not to focus on symptoms, just teach the brain you are safe overall and there is no need for any symptom. Sometimes symptoms are more stubborn than others because they hold a bigger place of fear. Put the remaining symptoms in the same bucket as the ones that have gone already. No symptoms are any more difficult than others, other than our view of them. (fear) @@user-eg1du6zf2c

Thanks for the great conversation Tamara and Dan! What's helped me most is Dan's approach and meditation. To me they support/compliment each other. We all have to find our way - listening to our hearts.

I just finished my yoga nidra meditation, I listen to Dan daily and this conversation was awesome. I believe meditation calms the nervous system , it takes time. Thanks for all you do !

Sometimes the best meditation is listening to your daily videos. I also agree with Tamara's view on increased consciousness with meditation. That was my experience as well but it settled down.

Discovered TMS forums and Sarno books, stopped chasing doctors and physios, slowly began to challenge the pain and get back into regular activities, read success stories as much as possible throughout the process, stopped worrying about results @@joelbasist7935

Tremendous thankyou. Again many similarities to the path ive been on. These success and daily vids are something i count on and use consistently- back to belief trust and certainty, the symptoms have a power that can over ride logic. The endless loop of fear!

Great conversation! Without the fundamental knowledge as Dan teaches it so well, other techniques will not be effective. I love Dani Fagan's guided meditations- she recovered from TMS. We all have to find the our own way. (Peggy)

Thank you so much Tamara and Dan . This has been so insightful for me and I'm sure, many others 👍 It's great when the medical professionals say " incurable" and we can prove them wrong without scary sick making tablets and a traumatized brain for life Not to mention medical costs that are not needed and do nothing. Thanks so much for your time , hard work and dedication It's so appreciated ✨🌹

Thank you both, sincerely, for a very complementary discussion of this condition. It is so inspiring! Whenever I lose my way, I listen to your videos Dan, or read your book Tamara, and both give me great comfort that I can continue to improve and find new meaning even as the sensations find new places to land. I am so grateful for your continuing support and leadership.

Great interview. I feel that TMS and similar approaches can be used with mental health “verdicts” such as anxiety, panic disorder, depression, phobias… It is the same thing - we are in fear of them and your brain is trying to protect you . psychic pain is the same as physical pain anyway…

It doesn't always seem that danger is only perceived. Financial issues can be an actual danger. The possibility of homelessness, or with very little fixed income that doesn't allow for the type of healthy living and the ability to seek, find and pay for these types of healing modalities.

I got CRPS 22 March with Singles vaccine. Both arms, vingers, wrists, arms and shoulders pain. In 2004 had CRPS only in right hand when injected anaestesia into hand by orthopedic surgeon. I am going through hell now. Do you keep your eyes open during meditation? Becsuse it seemed more like I was sitting sleeping.
