Sir I studied BDS.but I didn't finished my internship. But passed in all the subject and have pc1 certificate. Weather it is eligible for upsc exam. Now I got married. I am not able to complete my internship. If I do any degree in Cara's it is eligible or k for upsc. Please any one guide me

Sir I just got a question why is it so ..their r so high passing ratio of ips and other exam from Bihar..and in which area v r lagging in upsc coaching and neet coaching in our state...y is it always upsc means go to Delhi Mukherjee nagar and medical go to Kota Rajasthan.
