By the time I came to know Hyundai is planning to launch Exter.. I knew that ll hit Venue, as Exter comes cheap.. But as a Venue owner I will say this, Venue is very spacious and comfortable, specially rear seats are so comfy for longer travel.. You do not feel, noise, vibrations or jerk much.. Coming to mileage, Venue's mileage depends on how you drive.. The dealership told me 17/18 max for 1.2 Venue petrol.. But I get more than 20 (25+ at times) in highway and 15 average in normal city traffic.. In tight traffic I get 12-13.. So if you're looking for comfort, space, looks.. Go for Venue..

From a features point of view exter better but a driver point of view stability and handling venue, remember venue has a diesel engine too so it's handling is well tuned to it, for city usage exter and all round usage venue. All in all venue has a more wheel base and ground contact so better stability, Exter is based on i10

If u need best N A engine with amt for around 10.5 lakh or below exter is best option... pick venue with turbo or diesel.. venue with N A engine not fun car..

Is that Venue model S(O) or SX? Because only in SX we’ve reclined rear seat not in S(O).

Exter get's defogger when going 9.5lakhs+ only. So basically hundai says pay more or drive like Mr bean.

I am using venue SX 1.0 Turbo. I see 1 major issue is mileage - city 10 and outer 17. Is this right one or do we have any option to tune it better? Or becs of 3 cylinder & turbo we seeing this mileage issue? Any thoughts?

Yes i also have 1.0 turbo.. it gives 7-10km only in city and highway it give 15.

Cancelled Exter and booked venue. Slowly every body will cancel exter and book nexon smart (S) or pure (S)... because of exter s waiting period.. cost wise.. nexon will be few thousands more but surely better than exter.. nexon good looking with sunroof from base model.. certainly exter bookings will get reduce in another one month..

@@sudharsana6885 I bought venue top model DCT turbo. Vehicle is very good and sturdy.. easy to drive in highway using paddle shifter.. mileage is decent.. highway around 18 to 21.. City n highway both avg around 15to 17.

Exter is for two men in front , two ladies with one kid in rear. Three adults can't sit in exter for long travel. Inside town for small distance three adult in rear no pbm
