Ай бұрынJoy of driving an r/c car came back today when I took my 20 year old Tamiya M04 to the track. Even more exciting was to run it with a solid rear spool. Lot's of forward traction but a handful to drive.

I actually enjoyed driving especially with the spool. The M07 bored me after 1 race.

I am considering experimenting with a rear spool for use on outside unprepared tracks. I think under those conditions a bit of body roll to unload the insists rear might be helpful to make the turning more consistent…but who knows.

Maybe go kart way is good. Right now I go the opposite philosophy, I do not want the inner to unload too much as on power this will over rotate the rear.

Interesting. I already try too. In my oppinion, at low grip track super hard to drive use spool. But at grip track it's fun but not really fast at the corner, just fast at acceleration. Maybe i'm wrong. I hope you test a lot about that and i waiting your oppinion.

Will keep trying. Right now it is very hard but fun to drive. Driving pleasure is very high.
