Excellent instructor. Thanks for sharing. One question - I accidentally added 2 desks instead of one on Option 1 and I wanted to remove the high desk from this option. How do I do that? Looking forward to more Sketchup for iPad videos...

I would love to know more about your "Materials Library"? Are these saved to your 3D warehouse favorites? or does 3D warehouse have a "materials" search tab? This is awesome. Thanks again for sharing all your expertise. I tell all my designer colleagues to check out your stuff!

Within the iPad app, there is a default materials library similar to the library available in the desktop version, but it is housed via the 3D Warehouse. The materials I found in this video are found by just searching the 3D Warehouse beyond the default library.

Thanks Nate! At this time the SketchUp for iPad app doesn't have any extension capability.

Thanks! I just uploaded the model to the 3D Warehouse so that you can open it. If you search "Bedroom Nook (From SketchUp for Interior Designers KZfaq Video)" you should find it under the models tab.

Hi! Would you know how I could get the area of an entire floor plan? ☺️

Hi Carina! Are you asking for the dimensions of the room? Or a method to find the square footage? If it's the latter, you can open Entity Info, then click on your floor face. That will give you the area of the floor.

@@SketchUpforInteriorDesigners Thanks, Tammy! I realised I had to just select the area without having to include the borders. I was told by Sketchup Help. The ipad app is a new learning curve for me, hence, the question. Many thanks for your helpful videos! ☺️
