I just wanted to know whether the tray placed under the heating element was right, because could not the juices drip on the heating element? Again, thank you so much. I have a 27 L sun flame but as I am living in an area/state where one unit Electricity costs INR15 for six hours of electricity in the whole day, - free for businesses, industries and farmers, so take the money from those who are living in the cities with extra taxes added - I get my tandoori chicken made in the neighborhood tandoori chicken shop! That will come much cheaper than INR1800 for roasting one tandoori chicken in my OT G for one hour!
