In this video, I have shown the original tandoori recipe masala. Which is used widely in Indo Pak cuisines. Dozens of dishes can be made out of this tandoori masala mix. Red Chilli 50gms
Cumin 40gms
Black pepper 30 gms
Cinamon 10gms
Black Cardamom 6gms
Star Anise 6gms
Lemon Grass 4gms
Amchoor 12gms
Cloves 8gms
