Apply dry rub on ribs and sit in the fridge overnight
Place on grill on low temp for 90 mins, apply barbeque sauce.
Skewer Potatoes cut and skew potatoes and mix in a bag with olive oil and spices of choice. Cook on grill for 30 mins

Put a piece of bread in the jar with the brown sugar, also don't use a wire brush on the grill unless you want to pay for a really expensive surgery when one of those wires ends up in your stomach. Next time give the ribs a quick 5 min on each side to get a little char, then turn off all the burners except one, then put the ribs as far away from the on burner as possible to cook them indirectly, at some point wrap them in foil with some butter to finish them and get them fall off the bone.

A lot going on here 😂. Low and slow if you’re not using a smoker means cooking them in the oven first at 225 for 2-3 hours then 20 min max on the grill. Save the BBQ sauce until it’s off the grill. Also next time trim the excess fat and membrane on the bottom side of the rack. That also helps prevent potential flare ups.
