Why does it feel like shredder bypasses defense supply?

Shredder +40% dmg and -10% reload equal to 50%, we have 1x1.5 (Shredder) x 2.6 (Crisis) = 390%. Yes you take 390% of Vulcan stock dmg, if you have normal supply (no module, no advanced boost) 3.9/2=1.95, you still take 195% of Vulcan stock dmg. 😂
