This happened with me few years back, I was diagnosed with clinical depression and one day I was in class with my friends and out of nowhere I burst in nervous breakdown and started crying and here's worst part, my closest friends ignored and acted like I was weird and they never asked me what's happening with me. One day I told them I'm depressed and they ignored me like I was crazy. That was the worst part of my life but now I know their reality. Those fake assholes won't ever listen from me. Guys you're very lucky if you have true friends trust me. Take care of your dear ones because in tough time only they will help you

If AIB was alive today, Think of the content they'd be offering. Kashmir issue, JNU issue, CAA/NRC issue etc. They would never run out of content. They are still relevant about the demonization video. I think AIB was sabatoged purposely. I thank AIB and Tanmay Bhatt for the level of skits that not only makes us laugh, but at the same time it's hard hitting truth. Fingers crossed for Tanmay come back into KZfaq again.

@Vipin Kumar I don't think that's the whole truth. Brands do get well with controversial figures. Lot many people where entangled in #metoo trend and now it is as if everything is faded away. Normalcy has prevailed to such figures. Only AIB got caught in this fire. Likes of Vairamuthu, Nana Patekar etc are scot free.

If I have to summarise what I learnt from this show them it would be: 1. Go and have variety of experiences that will help you to have better understanding of world 2. There will be always ups and downs and that friends and support systems help you a lot to recover from bad times 3. Delegate work to people who are expert in their domain 4. Taking care of body and mind is important no matter what (from Ranveer) 5. Have patience and practice meditation. Do add anything additional that you learnt in the reply. Thank you.

@Gargee Basak Your strength is you trust yourself more then anyone else. The reason for that is you have spend more time with your ownself, and with time you have become dependent on yourself a lot.To trust on other people we have to spent time with them, once you will do that you will start trusting other people and talk it out with other people like say them that you don't understand the certain thing in them and question them and don't let any bubble to be there in your mind. Doing this you will start laerning more abouth them increasing yrust in them in long run.Best of luck.My email id if you want any other support or discuss batliwalamoinuddinusman@gmail.com.

@Gargee Basak I'm 7 months late to comment but still.. I recommend reading on politics. I mean overall politics not one particular party and it helps. Reason being that politics is so bitter and full of mind games that you start viewing humans as study subjects and you don't feel bad even if you don't fit in. Get some books on politics. God bless you.

@Gargee Basak see that's the point... In politics as well responsibilities are on leader while others only expect result.. People's mentality is "oh, we've voted him and now he'll fix everything" Others only expect from you but don't co operate. Hence I suggest politics. You are only 22 you have your whole life ahead. Start now.

@5:00 when he said "my self worth isn't in my work" i felt like it was just said for me. Like universe brought me to this podcast just for the sake of this one thought where i had lost myself in work, grilling myself through the day just because at the end the sense of achievement made me feel worthy, made me feel like I'm not a complete loser in life and yes now i feel like our sense of worth shouldn't come through anything like this. It shouldn't be conditioned with productivity. Because otherwise being on the top drives u crazy, that constant need to be appreciated, need to be ahead everyone, and realizing u are alone on the top is the worst. Gonna work on feeling worthy even in my low productivity days. Thank you tanmay

I genuinely feel sad for them when I think about the way they had to disband. It was something that they spent a large part of their life building.
