You have to watch the anime (Saga of Tanya the evil) its amazing, this video while awesome still doesn't do her justice. Sub is best if you don't mind subtitled, also it was the god of the bible that isekai'd him into Tanya, and they constantly fuck with each other.

If memory serves me right Tanya wasn't the boss at the company she worked at in our world, rather she was the go to guy for the bossess to fire people, so they'd avoid doing it. One thing that should be noted regarding Tanya's personallity, she's not doing all the things shes doing to be evil, shes doing it for two reasons. 1) She wants a desk job 2) She trying to be as efficient as she can at her job (mainly in the hope of 1) ) she just ends up dragged bag into the frontlines again and again and things she does end up backfiring. For instance the training she did with her squad was in part her trying to intimidate them into quitting so she could say they didn't make it so she'd just keep training troops rather than be on the frontline. However it backkfired as the troops are terrified of her to a point they fear what she'd do to them if they were to quit. So basically shes stuck in a loop sheh can't escape from

Love the reactions :) The Saga of Tanya the Evil is definitely worth watching in your spare time even if you don't react to it, (I would advise watching the sub over the dub however the dub isn't that bad), a side note there is a season 2 in production that was announced.

The difference in tech is actually magic. Tanya, Mary Sue and her dad all have powers given to them by god. You can tell by their eyes. Notice when they do close up on the father in the hospital, you can see his eye turn gold. Then, Mary's eyes turn yellow during the close up with her, too. As for most evil, nah, wait till you see the Dio trial CJ did.

The thing with cj's video is that there is context to the story that cj can't really cover. You should definitely check out the series and get better understanding of the protagonist and their story.

So some clarification on what Tanya's old life was, well her (then his) life career was one that was expressly existing to fire people. Japan has some rather extreme laws when it comes to firing people. Like i think at its worst you had to give someone you fired a payraise and a two month severance pay as well as assistance finding a new job and should that fail file for full government benefits (at the company's tax expense) and we're talking firing employees who are late or no-call no-show every day of the week getting this. So big corporations if they want to downsize or get rid of employees who are negatively impacting everyone else have to basically hire these almost "Work P.I." type guys who slip in acting like their a new member of the management team but the real reason they are there is to get rid of you specifically, or to sus out who would be the most cost effective to fire and then look for every legal way they can cut down on the benefits and penalties to the company so you can be fired without impacting the bottom line. And that's what Tanya was, a guy whose entire life was looking for excuses to fire someone without having to pay severance benefits. His (then her) killer may have been a dude who knew he was going to get fired and was banking on the fact that he'd get benefits anyways, only to find out Tanya found him out and fired him without the benefits.

yeah the show doesn't really cover how big of a screw up that music video was. "russia" just launched an attack and tanya counter attacked pushing all the way to moscow. the russians had no desire to fight in the war and were kind of tricked on a whim. however once tanya made that video it unified the world against the empire and Russia would send 400+ divisions into the meat grinder that is the eastern front and remove any possibility the two nations ever had at peace. that music video would ultimately lead millions of people on both sides to their deaths all because tanya (a staunch capitalist) hates communists and communism. (side note mary sue and tanya both are portrayed far stronger in the anime than in the novels with mary sue having far more power than tanya, but where tanya is a scalpel mary sue is a sledge hammer. in all media mary sue is just far more inexperienced than tanya. also at the start of the war i believe tanya was 9 years old. and as of the most recent book to be translated into english she is 13 or 14 years old.)

Yeah he covered basically season 1 and the special OVA, season 2 was recently announced.

I mean Tanya was trying to reunite Mary Sioux and her dad, in hell. Tanya is just very very efficient, and she is all about rules and laws, specifically her rules; and she did all this so she could live in a cushy position at the rear of the military but she is too efficient and kept getting sent out to the front line

Vicious? Yes. Evil? Nah. Lawful Neutral at worst. Joined the army at 8-9, Is 11 or so by the current anime's end. Shame is that the Anime is lacking a LOT of context. Like the magical doping, hence the laughing like a maniac in combat. She's basically the Magical Red Baron.

If you ever decide to read the manga, you'll see that this is not even half as atrocious as in the manga
