I've been getting a lot of comments regarding our previous video - in which I mentioned that Malaysian properties will win against Singapore property.
So again, let's discuss how the property will bring better fortune when our RM will always lose to SGD?

I bought my current home 2nd hand in 2016, KLCC area. First owner were Singaporeans. Their selling price to me was - 40% off their original S&P price, this not including the exchange rate loss😮

The currency cannot appreciate just because a country wants it to be. There must be substance behind the currency appreciation. Foreigners will not accept a currency that is pushed up if it is just piece of worthless paper. There has to be solid productivity and solid advancement to support an appreciating currency.

Hi Faizul, i am a big fan of your videos. Gd idea on taking loan to pay by installment instead of taking cash out. But i was wondering if you take 30 year loan then u end up paying twice of the property price on long term so does that mean it doesnt make a difference ?. Also i try to go to your website but it says individual full, to sign up for far capital services. Can i please have a contact of someone from far capital to start my investment journey.
