It is not too late for the Dodoma City Center to plan multiple use of roads and spaces, I will strongly encourage them to think out of the box and create pedestrian zones with no cars, keeping Dodoma clean and less congested.

Tanzania should contract a Chinese company to construct the rest of the capital. China is building many cities in Africa (A to Z). very poor capital and architecture

I don't get what you are trying to suggest here. There are a lot of ghost cities in China. It is not about China, but a better sought and carried out city planning that will allow for Dodoma to become a livable city. It is not about sky scrapers or six lanes highways, it is about how people live and move! The city is an organic entity, it will grow and shrink! Dodoma started basically as a big village and it has grown, let us allow it to grow appropriately and sustainably.
