I love how you mentioned that the common people get your respect the most. Now if all common people like myself could see how respecting each other’s different functions and showing appreciation to one another would literally make elitists irrelevant then we would all live this way. Interesting about the mail man. The other day someone asked me how do you know who someone actually is…….? So the answer is. To find out who someone is you just say No to them. And at that moment do the throw their toys out of the pram. Do they become all vengeful. Or do they expect the situation and look for a different way. So then you ask who am I when people say no to me? Then it goes a bit further with, who am I when reality says No to me? When I’m stuck in traffic, or what ever I’m desiring isn’t happening like the mail doesn’t arrive. Is the person you see the one you want to be? It’s your choice

Remembering in the very early days of the COVID shutdown in the USA those blue collar workers who drive the trucks, stock the stores, work in the hospitals suddenly they were "essential workers". I love this video. It realigns our focus in life onto the only place which nourishes us, which is what's under our nose and the everyday things we deal with in a practical manner. Too often these days, people's attention is up in the stratosphere, focussed on inanities going on in another country, or on celebrities so-called, or on the rich and powerful. These things don't nourish our soul, whereas the everyday things and people close to us, and nature, provide all we need in the way of contentment.
