I feel like it's my topic...I know self respect is more important than love...par us insaan k smne self respect kuch kaam nehi krta...🥴🥴🥴

I chose self respect over love in December 2020 and I was in deep depression and always used to be in a bad mood till February but now I am recovering I am not trying to forget that person I am just trying to love myself. Self sufficiency, self importance and self love are the most required qualities to overcome any break up.

Well said. We run after those who present themselves with a lot of hope in the beginning. We believe them to be the same throughout or atleast idealistically comprehensive and supportive. We henceforth strive to make that relationship work not realizing that our self respect has begun to sulk into abyss. It takes us a while thereafter to realize what we had made our minds struggle for! Struggle for such petty people who clearly do/did not understand the meaning of relationships.

I couldn't even say something after hearing this, every bit was related. Yes even god protects the loved ones and throws toxic mentality people's from our lives. And yeah it was never you. It is always they, who isn't mature enough to distinguish between anyone's love and their own rationality.

exactly it's our self respect, and we have to take a stand for it. And if that person really loves u and want to be with u throughout the life, he/she will never step back, he/she will be with you, whatever the situation is... Stop being rushing yourself to the undeserving one.

Today is 19 feb 2022 ..i met him online nd we were in ldr for 3 years ....it was very exciting nd very happening for the 4 to 5 months and then he started having second thoughts about me nd whenever i said i want to breakup he said that he will not give up on me...i thought that this is my turu love he started dedicating me songs nd telling me things about "our future" i was like finally something good is hapening.....but in life things are not supposed to turn out as we want...after 6 to 7 months he started avoiding me ignoring me my problems and whenever i asked whats wrong with him he always said sorry and repeated the same things again nd again mai thak gyi thi yaar uske jhoothi baaton se but at that time ..... i keep telling myself " its okay na atleast wo tujhse pyar krta hai...uske alawa koi tujhse pyar nhi krega" also he is of your caste ....i really loved him genuinly cared for him but he was like tum jyada hi possesive ho.....we barely talk once in a week on texts...i want to repeat this we were on long distance....nd then week turned into months .....i was going into high anxiety nd depression but he thought i was joking....at that time i cant even see myself a therapist cause i dont have enough money for it...more importantly we didnt met once in these 3 years😄...and there i was still not able to give up on him that...and on december 2021 i decided ki thats it ab nhi rhna iss k saath i was really suffering badly...my mental health was destroying ...i had lost 17 kgs in 8 months only because of stress...i just wanted to be free nd now today here i am ....free...you know aisa feel ho rha jaise kitne time se kisi pinjre mein thi ....khud se khud k baare mein kitni buri baaten bol daali maine apni body apne face ko kya kuch nhi sunaya... jo ab dubara kv nhi bolungi i swear...it hurts to remember those days those hauntful nightmares .. You know they say when you love someone their happiness should be your priority nd no one tells you that loving someone is not as great as loving yourself ....no one in this whole world can love you more than yourself....no one can take the right decision as you can take yours #comeout #fromthetoxicity #ofyourlife
