Your workmanship is far better than anything I’ve seen. What’s a freight to North Dakota so I can pick it up at the border from Canada later on in the summer we’ll talk. Once again love your work.😎😎😎🤪🤪🤪😃😀😁❤👍🏻 Looking at grill smoker combination I think 1850 what is your price. Did not see email do you.👍🏻

According to some arrogant builder down in Alabama he was the guy who “invented” it.....lmao...yeah he was the first. My grandpa had it on his back in the 70’s

Another great video! Thanks again Allen! I sent you an email last week in regards to the reverse flow smokers. I’m very interested and would love to get in touch with you. Thanks again! Chad Vaughan from Virginia

Does it actually help the smoke flow or is it just cosmetic?

Plasmas way quicker than the torch. A good bit cheaper to operate too I bet.

I'm by no means a old man I'm 62 but I see myself through your work I guess that's why I enjoy watching your videos because I was a detailed man and perfectionist on my work and I'll see that in your work and I appreciate that.

Hey Allen I want one of your vertical smokers.What is the price and how can I place an order with you.
@derrelldurden86832 жыл бұрын
Do you recommend fat side up or down for brisket in a vertical chamber?
@Allensweldingwoodworking2 жыл бұрын
I do them fat side up
@derrelldurden86832 жыл бұрын
@@Allensweldingwoodworking i’ll have to try it that way. Definitely worth a shot. I would think the fat side down would protect the meat better.
@joebacarella28292 жыл бұрын
Always fat up on any meat, so the fat renders down to keep it moist.
