Ya know what all this time I thought the Undertaker coming out twice was planned. Never did i think it was a miscue. Well miscue or not it worked. He got raucous ovations both times.

The undertaker one didn't look like a mistake considering how they had the camera ready on him and the light flash on him it didn't even look like a mistake. Even if it was it was well made couldn't even tell.

I feel like a lot of these are production gaffes, not on the people missing the cue. Stuff that wasn't aligning between the gorilla position and the production crew. Stuff like Chyna going into the cage too early (although even that could be chalked up to poor ringside coordination) or Miz not remembering he was supposed to interfere in the pinfall would be on them but for stuff like Papa Shango's run-in that is something that the production crew has to be on the ball with because they need to respond to cues in the ring. When that doesn't happen right you get stuff like Tim White counting a pinfall on Crash Holly that he shouldn't have due to a timing mismatch.
