The point of tapping is to make things better. Since the extent to which we don't have what we say we want tends to be the extent to which we are resisting it, the key to making things better may well simply be a matter of clearing any resistance to things being better. Let's see how much of that resistance we can clear with some EFT/Tapping.
EFT/Tapping is a simple yet effective mind/body process for down-regulating stress and other physical and emotional discomfort. If you are new to tapping, please watch this video so you understand what it is about: • Intro to EFT - Tapping...

So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. I am not a doctor, and the information presented here is not intended to replace appropriate treatment by a physician or mental health professional. EFT is still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting it, we cannot claim that it is risk-free. I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos, but different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that this video is not able to address. It is recommended that you consult a qualified health practitioner prior to using this technique.
That being said, I hope you will enjoy this video and find it beneficial, and that you will share it with others.
This is certainly not intended to be a comprehensive handling of the subject -- I can only cover so much in 5-10 minutes...! I'm also not working with you personally to address specific individual issues. Hopefully, though, it will help you address the issue enough that you can experience greater freedom to live the life you really desire and deserve. For further support, I encourage you to check out the other offerings available from myself and other EFT practitioners, including workshops and private sessions. For more information about tapping, as well as a ton of great resources to help you live your best life possible, please visit: www.tapwithbrad...
This is only my way of using the process, rather than what might be called official EFT.

@@scrapper2happyyes, don't worry. Relaxation is a good sign of nervous system regulation, things shifting within towards goodness and balance. And tears are great alchemists and healers. They are a sign that energy is shifting, maybe blockages are lifting, energy may be moving freely for the first time in a long time. Maybe some parts of yourself felt seen or heard or understood for the very first time in your life. I was crying a lot and deeply feeling it starting halfway through the tapping. Whatever your body and holistic system needs is good if you can just stay with it lovingly. The mind doesn't need to understand, yet the body carries profound wisdom all in its own, and knows what to do if we just make room for it and let it, trustingly. All the best in continuing to take good care of yourself ❤

Thank you so much, Brad! My friend told me about your KZfaq videos a couple of years ago (Thanks G! 💗) and sent me and my family your book, "A Wizard's Wish." We have a 10-year-old and a 2-year-old (as well as our own inner kiddos!) who have learned to heal ourselves with tapping through your guidance! An example of how we use tapping in my house: When my 2-year-old is upset, I sit her on my lap and tap my own body saying things like, "Even though I feel angry right now I love and accept myself... Even though I have these big feelings and I don't know how to explain it, I know that everyone has big feelings sometimes... I am safe feeling this way and I love myself." I didn't have this tool when my older child was this age, and I notice a huge difference in my facility to calm myself faster, come into the present moment, and acknowledge my own feelings so that I can be available for my children. I think I am also voicing their feelings and helping them move it out of their bodies in a coherent, healthy way. I am not perfect but that's okay! I choose to love and respect myself! Thanks very much, Sarra

Brad, I did some introspection on this tapping and the inner knowing told me that the belief is: “I like being resistant, because it makes me feel strong, so that I can prove myself to others.” And now I choose to clear that belief. To take it further, “in order for others to feel sorry for myself, so that they give me what I want.” These are some crazy beliefs! Haha.

What a great guidance! Thanks, Brad. Someone in the chat mentioned yawing during tapping (that's also me). I enjoy yawning when tapping. It's a good thing. Until recently, scientists did not know just how beneficial yawning really is. Its physiological function is still unknown. Yawning may directly influence brain activity to promote movements of brain fluid into a more active state. Yawning stimulates alertness and concentration. It helps the brain to release beneficial neurotransmitters (dopamine, serotonin, even oxytocin). It relaxes the body and reduces stress. From a spiritual point of view, yawning relates to energies. Tibetan monks see yawning as a path to a higher physical and mental energy level. Keep tapping and yawning.🙂

Brad, This, for me, is absolutely Your Best KZfaq presentation Ever. Comprehensive, deep, thorough. . .a Multi-tool in my toolbox now which, for me, I know will be extremely useful. This video is truly your Next Generation tool, building on what works, and advancing. . . I have been wanting THIS video from you. So Thank you, my friend and mentor. This one shows your evolution. Is even more comprehensive than many of your other more topic-specific tapping videos. Which I go back to from time to time. Thank you for having so many out here for us all to access! I had my only personal tapping session with you around 2005. EIGHTEEN years ago. Not long after I had learned EFT basics from Gary Craig. I have been tapping. . . with and without you . . . ever since. Still tapping. . . after all these years. 😊😊😊 Still tapping, bc my bucket still feels pretty full of Unresolved Traumatic Residue, and the rising Resistance that comes. . . and seems to even Push Me Away from tapping. Which this video also addresses. Thank you very much. I feel your Heart, Brad. True blue. There really are no words to describe the Value of the Goodness you have made available to my life through your work, your love, and your videos. Thank you. Jeff

I just saw your video 2 days ago on tapping. I do it 2 or 3 times a day. I lost my husband to covid and I'm grieving, anxious and sad. I also have PTSD from my husband's sudden death. This tapping really comforts and relaxes me. Can you explain how this helps ? The sequences of the tapping and how it helps the brain and emotions. I was going to do the EMDR therapy. But read it's not good for everyone and can even have negative effects. I came upon your video just by scrolling through youtube. I believe I was lead to this by divine intervention. GOD knows of my suffering. Seeing therapists, taking massive amounts of anti depressants and anxiety meds, just to SURVIVE my husband's death. They also diagnosed me with severe PTSD. Thank you and God bless you for sharing this for all of us. Maybe there's hope for me yet. I'll keep tapping away. Thank you so, so much.

I wanted to share with you that I learned to tap with BOTH hands (except for side of hand, top of head, under nose and on chin) ~ and to alternate between taps with left and right hands. In this way one can get some of the additional benefits of EMDR, but in a self-directed way. Sending love and prayers to you on your healing journey.🙏❤

Thank you! I recently discovered your videos and had a whole playlist of different videos I wanted to do daily as part of my morning routine. I had too many so it caused me to be inconsistent. I was trying to fix EVERYTHING 😂 I asked my spirit team to help me develop a realistic routine with a tapping video that covered my needs and came across this minutes later! This video is perfect!

Thank you so much for being there for us and for sharing your gifts with the world, Brad. I love forwarding your link onto people and I also know that it’s time for more of us to take the steps to share our own gifts too. I have been berating myself for being so good at self-sabotage - which got me even further away from my soul path… Now I feel compassion for myself and those parts of me that have been holding me back, I can feel the resistance gently melting away… And if I feel that resistance trying to take over again, I’ll go straight to this video. Thank you for helping me to take positive action and start being who I am really here to be!

Resistance to what we want to get better in our lives because we sort of feel that it might be unsafe !! This kind of resistance is huge and often unconscious. I had been following your videos for a while, Brad. Then world events took my attention away from them, and I tuned into more philosophical and political subjects. But this morning, this video of yours pops up, quite unexpectedly. So I opened it. And, oh miracle, this is just what I needed to hear. I luckily happened to yawn and breathe more deeply while practicing with you. Thank you so much ! I'll certainly come back to more of this.

Wow! I found your video yesterday and I have not done tapping in a long time. I tapped along with you. Then the day after, which was yesterday, I woke feeling low energy and I didn’t understand it because I’m usually feeling really good. Then it was this morning that I realized I had done tapping the day before. I was clearing things out of my energy system, any resistance to my life being better. Thank you so much for this awesome video. I’m doing it every day. At 8 PM last night, everything shifted, and I started feeling really great! I know your video is helping me! I felt it right away! I just didn’t know what it was until this morning. And so I did it again. And I’m gonna keep doing it!

Such a perfect, Divinely times video! I absolutely love tapping and this popped up “unexpectedly” as I have been feeling stuck in my own life and soo beyond ready for BIG change.. Andd the better health and finances means.. I would need to be fully SEEN. No more hiding 😥 So I send soo much love to all of those parts of me as I’ve been working on them for a while. Thanks Brad! Sending BIG love to you, and to all 💖✨

Thank you very much. I haven't tapped in a very long time and came upon your video in my feed this morning. I forgot how this practice can create space when emotions, which are important to feel and acknowledge, start taking up all the room. One more tool for the toolbox, thank you again!

Thank you for this video! I tapped for the first time in my life because I was/am curious. Now I am yawning (and probably grasping for air) and get a little headache. I've gained a little weight (one clothing size) over the past years and would like to change it. I now realized that especially a comment by my (also female) boss had an effect on me years ago. She said to me: "you are a walking cliché with your long blonde hair, long legs and nice body". I think she meant it as a compliment but somehow I tried to make me less "beautiful". It's probably also a little bit because I want other women to like me and not be jealous/competitive. Thanks for helping me realize that! 🙏🏻

I just found your tapping video. I have heard briefly about this activity, but have not done it more than once or twice. I really appreciate that you showed not only how but I was able to do the tapping exercise easily, smoothly, and listen to the affirmations. I am going to listen and participate with this video daily for 30 consecutive days and see if I am more successful in my goals. I'll let you know. Thanks so much for the instruction, inspiration, and encouragement. 😊

Great tapping exercise. I’ve cleared many things and changed the course of my life by tapping. Fascinating that this tapping video showed up in my feed today - after I had tapped this morning. I hadn’t tapped for a very long time. And Brad, you showed up. Thank you. Again, great course of tapping. 🙏
