I love that she's proud of her success and isn't afraid to share it! Women, especially black women, are so often cut down the moment they show the smallest sense of pride and self-worth, but she remains unapologetic. Go Taraji!

No, I don't like when men aren't humble either. Showing modesty with your great accomplishments is a really admirable trait to have. Just show your talent and let the people decide if you're worthy of praise.

she’s very very humble but she also knows she worked hard to get where she is. humility isn’t thinking less of yourself but knowing who you are and owning that. She’s down to earth honestly. She doesn’t act like everything was handed to her. Listen to her life story
