Of course, the Cloister Bell is (or should be) no longer a thing, since the TARDIS was decoupled from the Eye of Harmony (the black hole power source whose resonance frequency was used to make it sound from back on Gallifrey.)

@@mrlaunchmk Or I actually know the lore. The Eye of Harmony was the power source for ALL TARDISes in the universe. The Cloister Bell is a harmonic vibration sent out over that power source, and thus is audible inside every TARDIS when it is rung. It is meant to alert every Time Lord to disasters that threaten all of existence. The power source GamingCentral3163 mentions is the LINK from the TARDIS to the actual EOH, and not they eye itself.

TELL GOVERNMENT THAT SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION ON TIME TRAVEL SHOULD BE ILLEGAL 1. Government boss Boris Johnson. 2. Government address 10 downing Street London. 3. Write a letter to government saying because a person with time machine can change his or her mind from not using time machine to changing history.
