1) Jawgemo is a superstar 2) Demon1's entries are not looking clean. Some of it is his team getting stopped by mollies n flashes, but either way I feel like his pacing on ascent was very off-beat with the rest of his team. It's not solely his fault NRG lost ascent but he looked very uncomfortable going in first. I feel like his confidence took a blow during the first few rounds and didn't really recover. 3) Viktor's entries in game 2 looked way better to me. He was going toe to toe with Jawgemo and being just as impactful.

I agree. I don't think Demon1 is actually an entry duelist. He's someone who follows up after the entry duelist and makes crazy impact trade kills or through lurking. He just doesn't seem comfortable entrying on this team as the sole duelist

This is simply a coach-igl diff. Last year, Potter took a shitty team that got 13-0ed and made them into world champions. And this year, she made this entire new roster and they beat the super team. EG is the only new roster this year that's outperforming their expectations imo.

Top tier teams like Sen and NRG have somethig to prove. They have a form they need to maintain with consistent targets on their back. These other teams like EG, 100T, c9, etcetc just dont. You could even say they have less to lose. If they win, theyre powerhouses and if they lose, no one blames them because theyre losing to other powerhouses. Less pressure in my opinion. One of the cons of being a top tier team in Americas especially.
