Mercury Red Amy Lee doesn't even belong in the same breath as Tarja Tarunen. Tarja is vocally the best female singer in the world with very little competition. Tarja's only competition is Sharon Den Adel and Adele for best female vocalists. Amy Lee is a piss ant who could not keep the good talent around her Ben Moody the guy who actually wrote the songs who want to be successful without her Amy Lee is a stuck up jerk.

Tarja was always the backbone of Nightwish, granted yes Anette can sing, she don't have the spirit and vocals Tarja has. Needless to say, I have to admit I enjoy that Tarja has also returned to her roots pf Opera music as well as kept the tradition of her former metal band. Something she couldn't do in Nightwish easily.

I saw this video by very first time on MTV, I was 9 years old and then didn't knew about Tarja and his past on Nightwish. When I get my first computer with Internet access, I searched information of all and I started to love her music and voice 🥰

I'm trying, I am SERIOUSLY trying to understand this mixage. Such a powerful voice and you put what I call "jingle bells sounds" behind it. I'm not an expert but I am a musician and live performer and also a proud NW fan. BUT WHAT IS THIS? Tarja has one of the most epic voices around and that voice is being treated like this?! Damn..That energy flow that hit us everytime she sings, I wish.
