Respect to this man Stephen for actually proving me wrong and showing me some REAL benchmarks of the 5800x3d, it CAN avg 130-150fps customs in a live raid but it CANNOT avg 200fps, the 200fps is only peak frames due to scavs not spawning in instantly still mad respect for him for putting the effort into actually showing me some benchmarks! if y'all wanna check his benchmark out for yourself the link is in the comment and in this discription! - • Customs Off And Online... -

I7 3770 Non-K (50% usage)(Stock)
MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X 3G (50% usage)(Core 2012mhz)(Mem 4860mhz)(Vram 100% Usage)
16GB DDR3 1600mhz Ram (12GB Used)
HyperX Savage SSD(8GB-20GB Virtual Memory/Pagefile)
If you're on 8GB of ram you're best bet is to use memory cleaners AND 20GB of virtual memory for even a slight chances of playable gameplay, you'll be limited to maps like factory, interchange, labs ect the smaller maps.
16GB ram is the recommended for playable gameplay imo, set your virtual initial to 8GB and your max to 16-20GB, that'll bring you way smoother gameplay and a better experience overall.
32GB ram happy days you shouldn't need anymore than that, still keep virtual memory enabled for memory dumps and crashes ect, tarkov still loves virtual memory even if you had plenty of normal memory.
Speed of the memory is extremely important aswell, if you can affort the fastest ram supported by your mobo & cpu then do buy it you won't regret it just always remember to enable xmp as said below.
IMPORTANT USE XMP & DUEL CHANNEL MEMORY!!! Otherwise you'll throwing away free performance, you can overclock if you wish that'll help a little bit with stability also using lite versions of windows can help too.
DISABLE BINURIAL AUDIO! It has been known to cause loads of issues in the streets patch, causes stuttering, freezing and multiple audio issues, ty for the multiple people commenting this as i had forgot to add it into the description!
I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT CODING OR CLAIM TO KNOW EVERYTHING BUT I DO KNOW THIS GAME IS MORE RAM DEPENDENT THAN ANYTHING ELSE AND THE COMPANY NEEDS TO MAKE CHANGES TO SPREAD THE LOAD A LITTLE BIT.
(Map = Customs)
With AI Enabled = 50-65fps
With AI Disabled = 105-100fps
During real-time match = 55-65
i will be doing a future video showing every possible "improve fps" idea and see exactly how much it alters fps including gpu affinity, Hyper-Threading, nvidia options, in-game options ect all individually tested separately from eachother, it will take awhile most likely and will be a long video but it'll be interesting i believe, idk when it'll be done but i assure you it will be done and not just on customs i'll do every single map, it won't be a fair test in terms of if the options work in general but most people looking for these tips have low tier hardware anyway.
Please leave a comment about your opinion, thoughts and ideas on tarkovs stupidly high demand for power and a like if you liked it or a dislike if you Disliked it. Sub to me for more content and enjoy!

Thx for the guide man. My setup is not that bad but after Streets of Tarkov launch i was just not able to play there because of serious stutters. Your solutions made the stutters go away. Even if my framarate on this map varies from 45 to 80, the transitions are smooth enough for me to not to be killed because of it. I had fights with hard fps drops and i was still in control. On the rest of the maps the drops are now barely noticable and there is no hard stutters. I tested this in other games too and it works great. For example in Assetto Corsa Competizione, split second stutter may be the difference betwen you making the corner and going offtrack or hitting somebody. In this game still there are hard stutters if someone joins the server during the race but i play on the servers where is no mid-session join. Thx a lot! None of the guides from the internet did that for me. I had of course significant framerate increases but the stutters were so annoying.

Thanks for the video, this is one of the first videos about video game setting optimization that doesn't cover the same exact Windows settings that every other video does. I have a i7-2600 in an old Optiplex 990, 20GB of RAM (2x8GB, 2x2GB), a MSI 1050ti LP (+150core +450mem), and a 512GB SSD + 3x1TB HDDs. I started playing a few months ago and my framerate was alright with no stutters, and while I still suck at PVP I was able to flick a few scavs. With the new update my framerate was completely bork'd and I was stuttering like hell, I gave up playing after wipe day because my frametimes + server issues made the game unbearable. After giving the game another go today I still had the same issues, so I luckily found your videos and went from a stuttery 20fps to a smooth 30-45fps (45fps during clear weather in Woods, 30 during the rain in Reserve) It's insane how un-optimized this game is, I mean, with how few AI exist in the game world, yet they take up damn near 30-40% of your framerate just to compute. Another interesting thing is how the wrong audio settings/implementations can cause severe stuttering. In Tarkov having binaural audio enabled causes stutters, in Discord having my VoiceMeeter audio device set as default will cause audio stuttering, and while using Oculus Link to my Quest 2, if the audio setting isnt set to "default" in the Oculus app, I get stutters in VR.
@ThatBritishGuy
@ThatBritishGuy Жыл бұрын
Yeah this game is insanely bad optimised for how small the maps are compared to other games with AI, they'd definitely borked the coding completely and instead of fixing it they just keep piling code ontop of already broken code, it needs to be redone from ground up to fix the issues they have.

Great to know im helping people out, hopefully you enjoy your raids and best of luck question, you can sip this below if you're not interested but if you are enjoy! i personally wouldn't say i know exactly what im talking about but i do know from experience what has worked and not worked for me over the years XD just sharing that with people who need it. the classic "clear temp, power mode, ect" that stuff can help but only on specific systems for example a PC/Laptop with duel GPU's maybe 1 for spare monitors or iGPU if power mode isn't setup it'll automatically choose a GPU and in some cases it'll choose the weaker GPU resulting in poor performance. The temp file thing is good if you've kept the same windows for years without general maintenance although with todays age of SSD's theres no such thing as "fragmentation" anymore on a mechanical drive since not many people use them anymore so it's another useless tip for fps only good for saving space these days. The "adjust for best performance" option people do used to work wonders for windows 7 and older because it disabled the transparency and "aero" effect which hogged GPU power back in the day that does nothing in windows 10 so again a useless tip to give for fps. The absolute best thing when it comes to gaining FPS is what i've shown you & stripping/debloating windows off all the junk that way nothing is hogging power.

@@ThatBritishGuy thanks man. In general, the tips and advice given wont just help with tarkov but help our other games aswell. Like tarkov is so weird in optimisation. The mip streaming even though our computers are essentially 1:1 (although you have 2g vram and 0.2 Ghz more cpu base freq then me) [tdlr: i have 1050ti and i5-7400] is not helping me even though you suggested. Your guide ironically made me get frames i shoulda had since i remember this performance being had 4 wipes ago but i do know i can play games like fucking terraria or Pac-Man at frames i really dont need XD. Thankyou again and i think ive reached thr limit to optimisation. I *WILL* link this vid and maybe even the river tuner one (though that doesnt inc performance just stabilizes it as you mentioned) to peeps on discord whom need it.

Appreciate the advice, you are so right I was just talking about this on Reddit the other days since this patch 13 the performance is has gotten worse on all maps, I don't know how ppl justify just constantly throwing money at the problem for a single game, and the amount of click bait for ppl that are struggling is ridiculous. If I need 64 gigs of ddr5, i9 clocked at 6ghz, and a 4090 to play a game, the game probably shouldn't be played.. this guide definitely is the most logical approach I've seen recently that fits what solutions I'm looking for I just want stable frames I'm not looking for the highest frames
@ThatBritishGuy
@ThatBritishGuy Жыл бұрын
Thats exactly the rant & rage chat i was going for tbh, i literally just got off reading 3-4 reddit post's of people just replying with "hey throw money at it" and it pissed me off and that's where this video came from as you can tell by the tone in my voice during the video haha. you're absolutely right, if you gotta throw all that hardware power at a game just to pull 110-120avg then theres a problem with the game itself, from a price to performance stand-point doing it this way for stable gameplay is better than spending 1-2k on a new PC just to get higher fps, low fps in tarkov isn't as noticable as low fps in cs or valorant because of the nature of the game.

Hey man, great video. Thanks for explaining everything clearly. So I just ordered a new pc mostly to play Tarkov, it has I5 12400F, 3060Ti and 16 gigs of 3200mhz ram. Do you think an upgrade to 32 gigs is worth it in my case, or will I be just fine with a page file?
@ThatBritishGuy
@ThatBritishGuy Жыл бұрын
thanks for commenting! That depends on your funding and how committed you are to tarkov, if you can afford the 32gigs of ram then it's worth it, if you plan to play alot of the newer maps on tarkov then the more ram the better since pagefile will always be slower than real memory just make sure you're running the ram in duel channel and on the XMP profile otherwise it won't perform well.

Before, everything was fine, stable FPS without lags and anything else, I just play normally. But at one point (I still didn’t understand why), I started having fierce freezes and they happen exactly when an icon pops up in the upper right corner as if the server wants to kick me out, that is, a crossed connection and it is at this moment that the freezes begin. I tried many ways from different people, but I still didn’t understand how to fix it) In addition to this, after raids, an error almost always pops up when items do not want to move in the warehouse, and an error pops up with the opposite something there (I don’t remember, I just immediately re-enter game). And this combination does not allow me to play calmly, but there are moments when you sit and wait for these freezes to pass, but it can come out in very unpleasant moments of the game.

@ThatBritishGuy
@ThatBritishGuy Жыл бұрын
if you have the exact same CPU as me except yours shows 3.4 and not 3.9 single 3.7all core then you won't get the same performance as me, boost gives slightly higher clock speed all core which helps with cpu intensive situations to enable turbo boost you can go into the BIOS and look for an option called "Intel Turbo Boost" and enable that if you wish to not enable turbo boost you can just leave it off it as it's only 300mhz extra clock speed that you'll get since 3.9 is only on a single cpu core and during games it'll only be 3.7.

I wouldn't mind a follow-up talking about AI and why it specifically causes the FPS loss and how BSG could improve it going forward. gonna try some of the suggestions and advice put here and see if it boosts my game's FPS I'm on a 1050TI Rig with like 4 Cores so will be interesting to see. currently average about 30 to 35 FPS although the stutters happen because of AI spawning in at once etc anyway, thank you for the vid! so glad you called out the temp files and fake FPS boasting people they got me with that line of thinking till I found this.

For me to findout exactly why AI causes this much of an FPS drop i'd need to know about coding which i do not so theres no real way i'd be-able to give an indepth analysis on why AI causes so much issues, only possible solution is to get the GPU to assist in the handling of AI data but idk exactly how all that works. What 1050ti and 4 core cpu do you have so i can look at the specs of them? don't forget RAM is extremely important aswell. You should be getting way more than 35fps despite it being a 1050ti it's still most likely a 4gb vram card right? the 4 core might be an issue if it's an extremely older one but do try the virtual memory and other tweaks i've shown and let me know if you still have issues. i will be doing a video in the future going through every single in-game setting and tweak out there 1 by 1 to see just how much they actually impact performance and the difference in usages which will be curious.

@@ThatBritishGuy Looking forward to that vid! As to more specific specs, Intel Core i7-7700HQ CPU 2.80GHz 2808 Mhz to be exact. Also I should have clarified, My FPS varies sometimes I get 40 to 45 FPS on certain maps Ie Factory and Labs, but on Customs it'll tank when bots spawn. Woods is sometimes the same but is generally stable. Shoreline is more stable then Customs funny enough. Lighthouse haven't tested, and Reserve is the most unstable ie tanking. Main issue is my FPS isn't consistent and drops like a rock sometimes, then booasts back up the next. It's weird. And it is indeed connected to AI because offline I get a stable 60 or more ez much like in your vid. I did your changes and got a boost to 50-59 FPS in menu. Will try in raid next.

i7-7700HQ im assuming you're running on a laptop with that CPU since it's a mobile chip that's part of your issue since mobile chips have a lower base clock, that CPU should boost 3.8ghz single core and 3.5/3.6ghz all core, the 2.80ghz is only the base clock speed having a slower clock speed will be the cause of your lacking in FPS. Your cpu also has hyperthreading since it's an i7, 4 cores but 8 threads, the extra threads might help your stuttering and stability issues if it's even enabled. If you are on a laptop that means that GPU will be switching between integrated and dedicated most likely due to power features of laptops, you'll have to tell windows to use your 1050ti when playing tarkov if it's not using it already.

i've been using it for ages and it works perfectly for me, pagefiling is using your hard-drive/solid state drive(Storage) as virtual ram prior to you changing it, it still was being used just not that much available space, make sure it's on an SSD and that you have plenty of storage space for it to begin with. you can turn it off if you want or back to auto but disabling it will cause alot more issues and setting it to auto will let windows choose how much you need, as shown in the video the BSG devs them selves recommended this fix so it can't be "suspicious" plus i shown you in the video gameplay of me using it and a rivertuner overlay showing the exact mb pagefile amount too, must be something you're doing wrong or something you've personally incorrectly setup.

@@TheIbrahim711 make sure you're not setting a pagefile size bigger than the amount of storage space you actually have. also make sure you did infact set the correct size and not too little. all pagefile does is use your SSD/HDD as fake ram basically it doesn't do anything else besides read and write from your drive that's it which means it needs the size you set available on the drive for it to work. if you set 20000(20,000) that equals to 20GB which means you'll need atleast 25GB of free space on that specific drive otherwise it'll just bluescreen cus well it can't allocate space that it doesn't have.

all i can say to that is Welcome To Tarkov! those framerates are actually very typical, tarkov is insanely badly optimised you can throw £50,000 for a NASA PC and you'll still bearly push 150-160avg, scoping in and dropping fps to 80 is also normal, when you scope in the game basically renders TWICE as if you've got 2 tarkovs running and that's why your frames drop drastically. Essentially it's just tarkov, the devs can't code/optimise at all.

in some games having an SSD can improve fps and help with stuttering for the main purpose of the GPU & CPU don't have to wait around for files, cache and other stuff required by the game with an SSD it's always instantly there, with tarkov specifically it has insane amount of memory leak issues and a stupidly high demand for RAM, maxing your memory out after a few raids causes windows to use the "system managed pagefile" which is where your stutters come frome when on a HDD, a pagefile uses your storage drive HDD/SSD as fake ram basically reading and writing to it which a slow access spinning disk being used as ram while also playing the game at the same time causes tarkov to hang and stutter as the drive spins to different areas to access different files. you ever played a game that's super fast pace and sometimes textures turn blocky and take awhile to load in? that's the HDD. i know i talked about "not shooting a parts cannon" but an SSD in 2023 is the standard hell you can get a cheap £15 SSD from ebay and just use it as an OS/Pagefile drive and leave the game on the HDD if you're okay with slower load times but with no stuttering.

Hello there, first of all thank you for the video. It really helped out. I just have a couple questions: regarding process lasso, it does work even if it closed, right or would I have to keep the programm running? Also how would I set it with an 13700K. I am not really up to date with all those P-Cores and E-Cores and I had them disabled and just used the 8 physical cores in lasso, but my game actually crashed twice on me in a single run as well as my discord. I have enabled all the E-Cores again, but I have no clue what is causing my crashes now. Never happened before. My other question regards the virtual memory capacity, that you set up: i have 2 m2 ssd's. My C-drive only has windows and my D-drive all my games. Do I have to set the sizes on my OS drive or on the gaming/data drive? I have set it to 8GB initial and 16GB max, although it had close to 22GB allocated before (as mentioned above). DISCLAIMER: by no means do I want to flex or anything, I just saved money for a quite some time and would like the game to run properly. my system is like 3 weeks old and i went with a 13700K, ddr4 32gb (2x16) ram at 4ghz with CL18, rtx 4080 on a MSI z790 board. After I did the changes in your video I get around 100fps on streets and it runs smooth as hell except for those 2 crashes. I was on discord sharing my screen and right after loading into the game my discord froze and crashed, so i had to force close the app and restart it. shortly after (maybe a minute or 2) i crashed ingame and luckily was able to reconnect before dying. it worked fine for a couple minutes and my discord suddenly restarted on its own, closing my stream once more (but at least it didnt freeze). after that it was running fine until maybe 7minutes later i crashed ingame once more. this time the game just insta closed, as if i alt+f4'ed. I was lucky a 2nd time, my buddy dropped a scav who was about to shoot me and i was able to reload into the game. we then decided to extract, as I was not sure if luck will be on my side a third time. I have enabled my E-Cores in lasso while I was loading in back into the game. Not sure if it was on the first one or 2nd crash. Right before watching your video I also tried overclocking my gpu (with msi afterburner) but it turned my monitors into a disco and they kept turning off and on, so I did reset my settings to stock clocks and just left it there. If you have any idea, what could be causing these issues, I'd be very happy. Sorry for the wall of text and thank you once more! Cheers

im also quite out of date with these E and P cores, you can just leave those default as i also don't really know as for the pagefile on drives do those m.2 drives have dram caches? a dramless cache drive on tarkov is EXTREMELY bad since tarkov uses TONS of memory and pagefile no matter how much ram you have due to memory leaks within the game, the crashing is most likely due to memory being filled up causing hard crashing when it runs out, you'll want to keep the pagefile and game drive separate to lessen the load on specific drives so if your games are on the D drive then put the pagefile on the C drive but double check both drives have a dram cache. you'll also wanna make sure theres plenty of space on those drives aswell since pagefile reads and writes to those drives to act as "fake ram" and if the drive is full then the allocated size you set won't work. as for the overclocking disco on your GPU, you should never crank the sliders as far as mine is every GPU is different some can overclock fine and some can't i'd just leave the GPU default and let boost control that, RTX cards are extremely recent atm so it could just be a driver issue since it's a brand new card on a game that most likely hasn't really introduced support for it. was your game crashing prior to anything i shown?

 @ThatBritishGuy thanks for the quick reply! a friend of mine (an IT tech-guy) actually told me, that E-Cores are really bad and I went ahead and disabled them in my bios. He also told me that the paging file size I had set (8000mb and 16000mb was not enough) so I had increased it again. he told me lasso wasn't necessary, as the unity engine actually makes good use of hyper threading. but my crashes were probably due to paging file size hitting its limit and then killing processes to free up space. So I would probably recommend using at least 20GB or even set it to "let system manage". So I tested disabling E-Cores in bios, leaving my threads for tarkov enabled and increase paging file. I hit 180fps on streets in offline mode with AI scavs. He told me to activate vsync and frame cap as well to decrease input latency, but my fps tanked down to 130 and it felt sluggish again. my C drive is a 1TB Samsung 980pro and my D drive is a 2TB 980 pro. my C drive has 100gb used currently and my D drive should be around 200GB tops. He told me, if I can spare the money I should grab a small m2 drive and use the entire drive for paging files, so I ordered a 500Gb Samsung 980 pro (found one on sale for cheap) and will "sacrifice" that m2 for the greater good. I couldn't believe my eyes when my game was hitting 180 fps, I was spamming inputs left, rigth and center trying to force a stutter, but it just didn't want to. So disabling E-Cores did the trick for me. I will also try to disable logical cores once more and see if I can squeeze out even more fps out of the game. Regarding the gpu, you are right, I just left it on default now. once more, thanks a lot for the video! harddrive and paging file size really is the biggest factor in tarkov when it comes to performance. more people should know about this, so they dont waste money on hardware without really improving fps in tarkov. Keep up the good work and may you one day escape from Tarkov! Cheers

setting it to "system managed" isn't a good idea but setting it to 20-30gb is a good idea, the "unity engine makes good work of hyper-threading" is not accurate, the engine itself could make use of it well but it depends how BSG themselves have coded the game to work, hyperthreading is hit or miss when it comes to performance in tarkov as theres many many more benchmarks of people getting different results. having a scratch drive as the ONLY drive for pagefiling isn't a bad idea at all, kind of a waste of money but if you've got money then why not, careful with your choice of m.2 drives, make sure it has a dram cache otherwise it'll be absolutely garbage as a scratch drive since dramless cache drives are slower than HDD's when it comes to constant read and writes of small data chunks but if you do have the funds a cheap scratch drive for pagefile with an insane read and write speed would help with tarkovs memory leak issues. glad your issues have been fixed and the pagefiling is indeed a HUGE part of tarkovs stuttering issues due to memory leaks, yes adding more ram aka 64gb of ram or higher will help but eventually that will get full too because that's how memory leaks work haha.

As said in the pinned comment, if you're bluescreening which should never happen it's most likley due to you setting a pagefile size bigger than your available space on that drive which then causes allocation issues. if you've set 20gb of pagefile that's 20gb of actual drive space, if you've installed files apps ect that take up that space then it will crash. worst case to identify your issue you can set pagefile back to default and see if it still crashes if it does then pagefile isn't the cause. what was the bluescreen error code?

@ThatBritishGuy
@ThatBritishGuy Жыл бұрын
It's a common spread of misinformation where people assume it only helps with load times, yes an SSD DOES help with load times but it also helps with FPS and Frametiming(Stuttering/crashing/freezing) putting it on a HDD would be the biggest mistake you ever make, HDD's are mechanical spinning disk's that take forever to locate and access data, SSD's is flash storage so instant access. Pagefile constantly read and writes to your drive and uses it as fake ram so putting it on a HDD will negatively impact your game in more ways than you think. SSD vs HDD is highly dependent on the game, bigger and more indepth games actually get less FPS on a HDD than an SSD, games like csgo and valorant it only alters load times because they're small and not so intensive to run. not to mention the game has LOADS of caching of graphic shaders ect which if put on a HDD would also lower performance. your SSD should NEVER be full i suggest moving games off the SSD that you do not need on there, you can try using the pagefile on the SSD and leaving the game on a HDD but again i do not recommend it, SSD's are cheap as chips these days a cheap sata ssd is like £10-£15 for a 120gb not a hard pickup if your storage is that limited, you should move un-needed files and apps off the main SSD and onto a 2nd storage drive.

@ThatBritishGuy
@ThatBritishGuy Жыл бұрын
That is a combination of both the 8GB ram and the HDD 100% garanteed, Tarkov is a memory hog because you're on 8GB ram it's trying to use Virtual Memory (Pagefile) which uses your hard-drive/SSD as ram basically, if not setup correctly it runs out and causes the game to hard crash, increasing pagefile will stop the crashing but you'll still get frame stuttering and freezing because it's using a mechanical drive which is bad, if by chance you have 2 HDD's in your PC then put tarkov on 1 drive and put the virtual memory page-file on the other drive that'll help a small amount but you 100% need an SSD upgrade. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/f5Zdn7an3dPGZ4U.html this is what my PC was like with 8GB Ram + an SSD on interchange, slow loading would still happen due to ram limitations and how tarkov uses ram but if you restart your game after 2 raids you'll be fine on 8GB ram i advise an SSD upgrade.

Can anyone tell me how to get those pc stats or numbers in the top corner I’m not entirely sure why my game is high ping and this may help
@ThatBritishGuy
@ThatBritishGuy Жыл бұрын
your ping has nothing todo with your stats of your PC usage, high ping is due to either you're on wifi with a bad signal or you have an inconsistent/bad network connection/internet service provider which have nothing todo with CPU, GPU and/or RAM statistics. If you still wish to have those statistics top left you can do that using rivertuner statistics server combined with MSI Afterburner software, i briefly show you how todo it in the "Tarkov Frametimes & Using RiverTuner For A Smooth And Consistent Gaming Experience!" video i've got on my channel and will have an upcoming video on how to make a better looking statistics graph. Download MSI Afterburner which will have a tick mark during the installation to include "rivertuner statistics server" after you've got both of those installed you open MSI Afterburner and head to the settings properties tab, at the top select the tab "monitoring" you'll see a list of specific stuff click the tick mark to the left of the ones you want, and tick "show in on-screen display" then after you've selected the ones you wish to see go to the "on-screen display" tab and bind a key to toggle your OSD then go in-game and press that bind and boom you've got stats.

The only reason pagefile would cause a crash is if 1. you've set a size more than what's available on your drive or 2. you've set the size too small or incorrectly. Depends what storage that laptop uses, is it by chance using an SSD if so then it could have something todo with thermal throttling due to it being a laptop heat can be an issue which lowers clock speeds which in return causes stutters and dips in fps due to heat. laptops just aren't good for gaming and theres not much i can do about thermal throttling if that is the cause since that's purely the design of the laptop, run some tests using "aida64" it's free to use and check to see if your temperatures go above your CPU's rated tj max on intels website if it does then that's your issue, you can try undervolting your laptop to reduce heat but keep performance if you look up some "laptop undervolting" you'll find tons of videos about it.

2 important things which i did say in the video, the location of the game and the pagefile location doesn't matter what does matter is it NEEDS to be on an SSD. If your D drive is a HDD then do not put pagefile OR the game on there, please make sure both the game and the pagefile are on an SSD. If both C and D drives are HDD's and not an SSD then install the game and the pagefile on separate drives. Loading loot and loading map is hard-drive/storage drive related. Make sure tarkov is installed on an SSD, if it is on an SSD make sure that SSD is not a cheap ssd cus those don't have any cache you could also have a failing SSD. If you're still using a HDD and/or have tarkov installed on a HDD then that's your issue and no amount of tinkering can fix a hardware related issue. you should also have 8GB of ram MINIMUM nothing less, ideally you want 16GB of ram or more but 8 shouldn't cause slow loading issues.
