If you rewatch from s1e1 all the way to now. It show how far they've gone. They got together, broke up, got together again, broke up, got together again, and all that times TK was close to dying many times over while Carlos always worries about losing TK. Now they've engaged! I can not wait for season 4, which will probably be next year 😭😭😭.
