PLEASE NOTE: This video has been recorded before the heavy earthquake early April 2024. The infrastructure has been damaged a lot however it will be recovered as soon as possible. Please take any warnings I give about earthquakes in the video very serious.

OMG. Gorgeous! I can't remember which of your previous videos mentioned Taiwan's blue teas (also shown here for 2 seconds), but I found two different Taiwanese blue teas at the local, excellent tea and infusion store, Honoris Causa, here in Arcachon, about 100 meters from my apartment! I was surprised to learn that they were brewed like green teas. I expected them to be more like oolong or black tea. 80°C water for 3 minutes. They are DELICIOUS! So happy you mentioned them. I never knew that they existed.
