New potatoes 新薯仔 600g
Onion 洋蔥 150g
Eggs 雞蛋 3pcs
Garlic 蒜頭 40g
Prosciutto 意大利薄片煙火腿 55g
Paprika 紅燈籠椒粉 3g
Salt 鹽 5g
Hot water 熱水 150ml
Ground black pepper 黑胡椒碎 a pinch
