Higher Difficulties means more enemies on-screen and more cool point requirement?

Higher cool% needed for both exiting the level as well as triggering the bonus stages. 30/60/90 cool% for completing the stage, 75/85/99 cool% for bonus levels for easy/normal/difficult respectively. More enemies throughout the levels, lower starting lives, and fewer health drops as the difficulty increases. Spot can take the same number of hits in each difficulty level.
