Hey everyone, been a while! Here's the final character from the roster that I haven't made a video of so far. Everybody's favorite top tier finally makes the appearance.

This Tool-Assisted Speedrun/Playaround uses a modified version of the ROM. The only things altered in it are the color palettes of characters and the HUD. Otherwise, it is the same as the regular game. It's not for download so stop asking.
