PLEASE NOTE: This video is simply to share my faith, not to lord over anyone or pretend I am holier than thou as I of course I have been falsely accused of by those who refuse to take time to try to understand my heart. It is also for building faith and encouragement of those who seek the LORD regardless of where they are at on the path. Anyone who refuses to respect what this is about and chooses to turn it into a debate or controversy from any side will have their comments removed and if they persist, they will be hidden for an extended period of time. Those with legitimate questions are free to ask, no judgement on my part as I am still just a humble student and once had all the very same questions. and still have many more as I work through His word. If you are genuinely concerned about me and where I am at in my faith, you can always continue to pray for me and even privately email me if done in love rather than just to prove yourself right. The latter of which will be ignored and deleted. Trust me, I know ALL the arguments and I had them too for 12 years.

In accordance with scripture, if something is worn on the borders of your garment, it will easily be seen. It's not for the purpose of being seen, however, it will be noticed. I'm not saying someone is wrong for inconspicuously wearing them though. I wear both, but more of the second type (fringe) that Heidi displayed. It's also great to identify others that walk according to the Father's commands. We've met a lot of brothers and sisters that way. I pray my comment doesn't offend. It's truly not my intent. Shalom 🙏🏽💞

It is funny because many of us were taught that we need the old testament for instruction but at the same time we do not need to follow it. However, when we read the old testament through the lens of the Holy Spirit, we realize that the WHOLE Bible is necessary and all the teachings of the New Testament are grounded in the Old. In fact Jesus, Paul, and the other writers only ever quoted the Old Testament because at that time, that was the only scriptures they had

Amen! This is what really stood out to me. We are saved by grace and it is out of gratitude and loving the Lord with ALL our hearts, souls, and minds that we should want to obey Him and what amazed me is the freedom found therein, not bondage like many so wrongly call it based on not understanding the words of Paul and what he was referring to

If God hates that people eat pork in the Old Testament why would he change how he feels about it in the N.Test?. Does it save us =NO. Does it mean we will be denied by Yah/ God for doing so= NO. But he does not want us to eat pork and for good reason! It is full f parasites that are not killed by cooking. He knows best and that is why all the unclean foods are labeled as such by God because they carry disease or eat feces and death or can cause us to be poisoned. If you look up why all the unclean foods are potentially dangerous for human consumption it is amazing.

I honestly don't have a religion I claim to be a part of now. I'm a head over hills in love true believer in our Lord Jesus Christ and love Him first. That's how i describe my faith. The Holy Spirit led me to keeping Saturday Sabbath holy and to meet with like minded believers. Hopefully we will find a truth teaching church that's not turned woke soon. Trusting that Jesus will lead us where He wants us has given me peace and joy. God bless you always and Maranatha 🤗🤗🤗

@RainCountryHomestead We started keeping the whole Bible in November 2015 and haven't stopped learning and growing in the truths of his word. The one scripture that has been my theme that I have been teaching since 2016 is this: 2Ti 3:16-17 KJV 16 "All scripture" is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. When he said "All Scripture," he was speaking of the Old Testament because the New Testament wasn't written yet. You can check out a couple videos I did on my channel when I first came into this understanding. I pray Yah grants you understanding as you seek him in all things!

Isn't it amazing how when the Father opens our eyes, our desire for the truth of His word and to fully steep ourselves in it becomes so much stronger? You may also like this video where I went more into detail as to how we came here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/a7iiqLqQxL_bdoE.html

HalleluYAH!! Deuteronomy 19:15 established in Torah and the Messiah wore them per MatithYAHU 9:20, so that settled it for me. HalleluYAH!! I sewed four 3" blue only tzitzits to my skirts and the shalom that filled my ruach as so profound. Praise YAH! During the process it was impressed upon me not to make/wear them like the scribes and Prushim in MatithYAHU 23:5 It's amazing, being obedient to the Word shows YAH that I love him just like a wife that covers her body modestly is saving her beauty for her husband only. May YAH bless you sister for sharing, shalom

I truly appreciate that, I have over 2200 videos up here and have been doing this for nearly 8 years now but this video has received the most hate and negative comments of any in all that time, most of which have been removed and several people hidden from my channel, ALL of them "Christians". I think most did not even bother to listen, just saw the title and got inflamed. I really did not expect so my anger on this so it has been really strange.

I wouldn't have even known about the prayer tassels, being raise Baptist. but what started me checking into it was the TV show The Chosen. They explained it in an episode of the TV show. It encouraged me to look it up and what it was about. I know many don't like the show because they think it destroys the Bible, but with many, it has opened their eyes to many things and has encouraged them to read the Bible more thoroughly.

While I agree on the "for me to see not everyone else", I also do think that being visible to others is another way that sets us apart. It also encourages people to ask questions and opens a door to share. Though Patrick's are pretty short and the colors very muted, family has noticed and asked about them so he shares. No judgement, no telling them what they should or should not do, just a testimony

@@RainCountryHomestead Agree. I know they are reminders for us. But I have to say, I don't always see them on myself, though I am consciously aware they are there. I think the reminders are stronger when I look around and see them on people who surround me. Unfortunately, my husband won't wear them and my children don't either. I believe if I saw others in my home wearing them more, I would not struggle as much. YES, I am responsible for my walk, but it does help.
@RainCountryHomestead
@RainCountryHomestead 10 күн бұрын
@hickoryhillinthebigwoods-r759 It took Patrick time to warm up to it as he said "I do not wear jewelry", haha! I never pushed or even encouraged him on this one, just trusted that scripture and my own wearing of them would lead him. Eventually that is exactly what happened and he has not stopped wearing them since. I certainly DO find that encouraging and really, I hardly see them on myself (unless they get hung up on something, haha) but seeing them on others is encouraging to me and a great reminder.

God never ceases to amaze me. I am reading my Bible through again this year. Deuteronomy has always been hard for me to get through because " we are saved by grace, not by works." And " we are not under the law any more because Jesus died for our sins" and some other isms I've been fed all these years. I got to this part about wearing tassels and asked God, really, is this for today? And why? I believe all the bible, so it was a sincere question. And here you are just a few days later, explaining it all quite clearly! Thank you for sharing this. I feel like the Lord inspired you to talk about it at this exact time just for me! Really, I know it's for many people, but He is so good to answer when we ask and want a real answer. IThank you, and I thank Him!
