Hi ya guys love Italian food. Taste of Italy rocks!!! Those garlic knots were so big usualy they are so small and hard these ones looked so soft and fluffy. I'm Italian and I surely miss the smell of my moms homemade red gravy cooking on Sunday mornings. Great big portions and both plates looks amazingly delicious 😋. That food looked so delectable and those bread rolls were so big and flavourful with all that garlic and Parmesan. The only thing missing for me is the wine because when I eat Italian food I have to have wine with it. It makes the food taste better because it brings out the flavour. To each his own though. I have great memories there, it was my sister's favorite restaurant and the first meal she had every time she went to Gatlinburg. When I visit my friend wants to try Mama Mia's but I will definitely still be thinking of Taste of Italy's garlic knots. So good!

Bobby, your meal look so good, too bad I’m allergic to shellfish. My favorite Italian pasta dish is spaghetti with clam sauce before I found out I’m allergic to shell fish. We ate there last month when we were in Gatlinburg. It was sooo good! My son and I both got sandwiches. His was a chicken parm, mine was a philly cheese steak. They also came with fries. Both sandwiches were so big we took half of them back to our hotel and ate them in the park the next day. My husband had a pasta dish that he said was delicious. I would love to go back there and try a pasta dish and a dessert! We also enjoyed the garlic knots.

This restaurant is one reason I love KZfaq as it’s been on my list to try since SMF family’s video of it a few years back. It was amazing (I got the chicken parm) and it’s now on my favorites list. Your right on the portions as I told my bro him and his wife could split something. I also had super friendly service and no wait time.

I would definitely eat that.

Maybe it is all good , in fact it certainly is. But I don't understand why everyone persists in calling it "Italian food". I can assure you that in italy we don't eat anything I saw in the video. It's Italian-American cuisine, a type of cuisine that has now taken its own way .

As a former NJ girl living in NC it's not easy to find great Italian food in the South. The owner is from NJ, Italian and these are her recipes so you can't get anymore authentic. This is our go to Italian restaurant every time we are in TN. Please stop by as you will not be disappointed.

The knots and salad would be enough for me! Looks so good!❤ I had my wedding reception at an Italian restaurant and that reception area is too dark. They need to lighten it up a bit with lighter paint. Those chairs are wrong too.

Now I want some pasta for breakfast 😂

I grew up in Rhode Island we used to have so many Italian restaurants like that back in the day. Many of them were run by the Mafia and used as fronts to launder money, but the food was always good. Sadly, most are gone now after the Feds cracked down on the mob in the 80s and 90s.

Carb overload.

While it looks good this is American Italian food. It's what most Americans think Italian food is. Italian food in Italy is way different.

Quit going to Best Italian after we discovered this place. One of our go to's every time we go.

I'm like you guys, I don't like my pasta al dented. I like it soft too. The food looks great. That might be one of my stops. Next time, I'm around Gaithersburg. Keep up the good work.

Everything looked delicious, just wished you had talked louder. I had the computer turned up all the way and some places we could hardly hear you, especially in the restaurant.

Omgosh that looks yummy! I like my noodles done too, I can't stand aldente noodles either. ☺

The apps look a little expensive to me but the dinner items are roughly what I would expect them to be - not terrible. That is a place I would go if it is good because not too many places have veal dishes - so having all those veal dishes is awesome! Good selection of items! Those garlic knots were huge! I like them a little oilier myself but there is no bread that I can really remember disliking! hehhehe To me, if you can still see the sauce and the spaghetti, there is not a lot of parmesan on there. LOL I say I like cheese with a side of food. I too like softer noodles. I don't really like chewy al dente noodles. I mean, I will eat it of course, but just don't enjoy it as much. This looks like a great place! Nothing better than Italian food. 🙂
