8 ounces of milk is a more liquidy consistency. 4 ounces of milk makes it a thicker consistency. That is the info I see from the overnight oats website. The 4 oz is more like actual overnight oats that you make urself. For example last week I meal prepped PB overnight oats. I added 5 cups of oats and 5 cups of milk for 5 servings. Plus other ingredients. The longer it stayed the in the fridge the more I liked it which is usually how it is with overnight oats. Once it’s in the fridge for over 24hrs it has a good consistency. Overnight oats in general are meant to be eaten w a spoon. But I think the reason the owner made this was to have something easy and on the go to drink. I’m currently looking at reviews on this to see if I should get it. the different flavors is something that appeals to me since since it can be hard to achieve on your own but something I keep seeing is how liquidy it looks. And it definitely doesn’t look like traditional overnight oats.
