Imagine if everyone had a small garden in/on their home. And you and your neighbors all grew different things. Then when it came time to harvest you could all trade w one another to get the best variety of fresh and healthy fruits/veggies. One could even be dedicated to raising chickens for the neighborhood so you also have fresh eggs and meat. You all know where your food comes from and you can control if you use any pesticides etc. You can even use the rain run off by saving it. Gee, it’s like there are easy alternatives but corporations need to feed the machine to maximize profits.

When I was growing up in the 1970's and 80's, everyone had a vegetable garden in their back yard. My grandparents did the same in the 1920's to 1950's. Everyone we knew grew either apples, choke cherries, rhubarb, or plums, as well.

I don't eat most of the ultra processed foods produced today. I want wholesome foods not synthetic garbage that is engineered to taste good. This was depressing to watch.

Increasing the size of my garden every spring and preserving more and more! If I want my food tweaked, I’ll do it. Get away from processed foods, let alone food that’s artificial…

I just hope these healthy food trends will be available in more than expensive boutique markets (and I probably won't be taking granola from naked hikers) :)

We're working on it! Typically the roadblocks here are the high costs to small businesses going into large retailers. We've started by making our products available on Amazon.

Population is growth. Foods will be the problems ( shortage in supply ). We must do something about " food waste in America ".

So much of our eating habits is due to clever marketing. Even orange juice for breakfast was once a marketing campaign. I think this piece is more about marketing that the food. Though, give me real eggs, please. Though she's not wrong about the population issue. Or on the increasing pavement over good farmland. This piece made me think about Soylent Green more than anything. Great marketing there too!

They can definitely STOP making new pumpkin spice stuff. Also this is sad and scary. I wish we all had access to real food or could grow our own. I’m glad I’m not having children

The sad thing is that eggs are a perfect protein and some have chickens out of cultural and/ or financial reasons. This is a remarkably privileged piece. Most couldn’t afford this over processed pseudo food

We evolved into omnivores, as a result our human digestive system is shorter because of meat eaters! More bang for the buck! And no need for the massive jaw’s chimpanzees need for mastication!

Who pays the salaries of these television reporters? Answer: the medical corporations that pay 💰 the hefty costs for their advertisements. Watch these television broadcasts the majority (like 99%) of their advertisements come from medical companies for pharmaceutical products or Cancer Research Associates. That’s how Americans then fund their houses, poor food choices (lol😂), vacation, finally last but not least “health care.”
