Tasty and very simple! No scale! Cake 12 spoons! Italian cake. Lemon cake without butter 12 tablespoons, a lemon flavored recipe easy and quick to make! A delicious and easy to prepare cake
🔻ingredients:
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
12 tablespoons of sugar
12 tablespoons oil
12 tablespoons of milk
12 tablespoons of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
zest of a lemon
juice of half a lemon
20cm mold
cook 35-40 minutes at 180C
icing sugar for decoration

Here in Canada I would not waste my time measuring out 12 tablespoons of any ingredient. 12 table spoons is equal to 3/4 of a cup. A 1 cup measuring cup is 8 ounces, one ounce is equal to 2 tablespoons, therefore that is 16 tablespoons. It looks like a lovely cake. Thank you for sharing.

Yo soy peor no mido nada echo ingredientes a rumbo, ➕️ o' menos proporcionales y mi bizcocho sale tal cual. Lo hago cada 15 días y allá te va. Parece que de tanto hacerlo, calculo más o menos y se acabó. Mi hermana mayor repostera y yo mirona.

Just made this cake. Very easy, delicious. I did try something different. I scattered fresh blueberries on the bottom of the pan, before I added the batter. Very good. Will make again.👍

Merci pour la recette ; Miam😋c'est un délicieux gâteau au finish. C'est bien de penser aussi à ceux qui n'ont pas forcément des instruments de mesure conventionnels : en effet, votre instrument de mesure était surtout la cuillère à soupe 😉.

Oh oui c'est vrai, plus jeune j'avais pas tous les ustensiles moi non plus, et je faisais au pif, mais parfois le résultat n'était pas top !. Gâteau trop sec, qui ne gonflait pas, ou bien, pas bien homogène c'est à dire avec un creux sans pâte dans le gâteau. Pendant longtemps j'ai abandonné les gâteaux pour les tartes. Merci de cette succulente recette astucieuse.
