This is a video about the method of preparing breadfruit chips. It is a seasonal vegetable, which is available during summer/ prior to mansoon. The chips preparation method is pretty much similar to jackfruit/ banana chips making. Grate them into slices directly to the hot oil. Salt water is added at the end, when they turn crispier. Chilly powder can be added after taking out from the oil.
